Never had the chance to experience it. Recieved 2 emails and a text saying pickup at my hotel at 945 am and they never came. Turns out they don't come to my hotel and expected us last minute to go to a different pickup point too far away to do the excursion. Now trying to get a refund. Was given wrong information not my fault.

In this case, your hotel was not an official pickup location. For safety and logistical reasons, we are unable to provide door-to-door service from all hotels. We understand this caused inconvenience and we promptly accepted your refund request to resolve the matter. Our priority is always to provide clear information and ensure guests are treated fairly. The horseback and atv rides were fun. Very hot outside so I wish they had bottled water available but the lunch offered was tasty.
