Androw was an amazing driver. He was telling us all about the monuments we were passing on our way to the hotel, very informative. He got us from CAI to our hotel very safely

Capoo was our driver and literally waited 3 HOURS for us to exit the airport after having a delay with security. He was extremely patient, kind, and reassuring the whole time that he would be waiting for us when we got out. If you need a private ride anywhere in Cairo, this is 110% worth every penny. Make sure to ask for Capoo!

1h30 wait before pick-up.
Anything... we were a group of 9 as a family. The manager pushed us back every 30 minutes. Change of driver..This compromised our day of visit with our guide. (Positive rating for the driver who was adorable and apologized on behalf of his company)I requested a partial refund for the lost time that was denied by the company. So go your way.
