Overall the trip was well organized by the tour provider, however my may concern was the pricing of the tour package by the tour provider! I realized that the entry tickets for both the Giza Pyramids and Grand Egyptian museum for the kids/students is almost half of the adult tickets, the tour provider charges for the adult prices, since the main cost of the package goes to the entry tickets, the pricing policy should be fair in that sense!! I have raided this concern to the Viator and I got a response form the tour agent that the policy is based on the overall cost of tour, my advice to those whose wish to book for family with kids, they should consider this pricing as it significantly affects the cost, secondly as per their policy, drinks are not provided by the tour provider, even though the cost of drinks for the whole group does not exceed USD 5! This has caused considerable disappointment

We had a full day tour with our guide Mika which covered the Pyramids, the Sphinx, GEM and some stores for Spices, parfumes/essences & paper making etc. From what I gather the stores can be skipped but we were happy to go into them and enjoyed the explanations given in them all. Overall we had a very enjoyable tour and Mika was an amazing guide. She was very knowledgeable and gave us all the information we needed and free time in places for us to do our own exploring. Mika is also a great photographer which was a great addition to the tour. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone and felt we got a good understanding of the history and the timeliness of the Pyramids and Pharaohs etc. This is coming from people that had very little knowledge before we arrived.
