Disappointed Tour Experience

The tour is not as I expected. First I was pick up almost half hour late. The Tour took only about an hour. I felt very hurried and should have more time t o explore and spend time to read inscriptions and other written information in each place. Theressa can hard hardly express in English, and she can also hardly understand english, very heavy accent I can only about 40% of her narratives, But I research much about the place before visit so I just go through with whatever she was saying. The Tour is not complete, the Tour should bring me to see Ben Ezra Synagogue, it did not happen. As a whole the tour is a dis-appointment and incomplete. English Tour Guides should be able to express and understand English to be able to guide tourist who requires english guide. Guide should also know what places to visit as per booking.

Oh, yes you do want to take this tour! Old Coptic Cairo is fascinating and the churches are beautiful. Our guide was so knowledgeable and our driver knew no fear as he maneuvered his way through the chaos of Cairo. We would take this tour again in a minute.
