Rudas Spa was great! Only problem was someone stole my towel while in the hot tub on the rooftop enjoying the view! The Bistro Brunch was great!

The lunch, which was included with the spa, at Bistro was wonderful. The spa itself was quite nice but there not much instructions for foreigners and not many staff to help you. Most of the people there were locals and were very friendly and helped us with the different types of baths. The view on the roof top were beautiful. That was the main reason we wanted to do this spa and the lunch.

Disappointed and Unimpressed!

Don’t waste your money! It looks nothing like the pictures! I was not impressed and felt it was a waste of time and money. Dated, the people that work there were rude and unhelpful. The best part was the lunch, it was very good. Careful with the floors they get slippery, my husband almost fell. Also, too many stairs! It was a constant up and down.

The thermal baths were wonderful! We paid for a package, which included the use of a pool and 4 baths, one of which was on the rooftop. The views were amazing! On the rooftop, they had several lounge chairs and a bar. Nice features. Our package also included lunch, which was top notch! Our server was attentive and very personable. The facility was not overly busy, which was great! Our only disappointment was the lack of direction. We had to navigate our own way to find the baths, which were located behind the pool area with the rooftop stairs behind the bath area. There were also separate sections for a sauna area and Turkish baths, which added to our confusion. We managed without towels, because we had no idea where to rent them. There was a locker room to change in and locked lockers came with the package. It would be helpful if the facility had a map for first timers. Nevertheless, we are happy we had the experience.

Extremely good value. We collected our tickets from Rudas Bistro and booked our table for 2pm. We went In the Spa from 11-1.30 which was lovely, especially the roof top one. Our meal, friendly and very helpful staff, made our day perfect

The information that was given at booking was very limited. When we got there no one gave us any directions of the facilities. It was a shock that it was basically a gym with pool. We left after 30 minutes didn’t even stay for our lunch due to it being disappointing.

Dear Siojban, Thanks for your feedback, but it is not true. Rudas is a 450 years old thermal bath with wellness, swimming pool, steam, roof top jacuzzi and sauna. AND NO GYM at all. Are u sure being in good facility? I look forward to your information by our availibility.

Not so Good experience

Arrived and told no booking made for us today, they said we could stay but we had to the meal first which we didn’t want as we’d planned dinner spa as we were hungry but they said they had a private function on. Had to get a takeaway as we were so full after starters which ended up being chucked away total waste of money. Views from the spa dome are well worth a visit tho.
