We had a great tour on good quality e-bikes, to all the main Budapest landmarks with our guide Senem.

This Tour, if it has been executed properly, would’ve been excellent. The Tour Guide, a very young man was not a Hungarian local and was from a country with a very heavy accent. It was very difficult to understand him, and I had to ask him to repeat himself several times. Additionally, he tried to give a historical background to what we were looking at, but he gave no specific dates for anything. He talked about the Ottoman occupation he talked about the Austrian occupation. Talked about the German occupation. We gave no dates. It was clear that he was not very knowledgeable on the facts. I also got a flat tire at some point and he was so far ahead that I had to send another member of the Tour group to go get him for me. He immediately stepped into action, called his colleague and got her to come out with a new bike, but he was too far ahead for me to be able to get his attention. On several occasions, I had to ask him to slow slow down or at least keep an eye on where the rest of the group was. Additionally, I had never been on the bike before and there was absolutely no training on how to use it. There were too young individuals running this entire operation and I think somebody management should get involved and check the bikes before they go out, probably have them rotated, so not the same bikes or used every time so that flat tires occur less frequently. There should also be some sort of training for someone who has never used and he bike. The route was excellent however like I said good idea poor execution.

We had an amazing tour of Budapest with Egor, an absolutely fantastic guide who was entertaining and informative. The electric bikes were incredible and we zipped around the city, covering lots of ground. We did this tour the day we arrived which set us up for the rest of our stay in Budapest as we got to really get a sense of the layout of the city.

Matt the guide was fabulous, he was clear and knowledgeable and knew his history. Highly recommend this bike tour, the bikes are all electric you can choose between tour and electric which is great for the parts of the city that are hilly. Great time, thanknyou matt

The tour was very disappointing despite the efforts of the team. We understand that the schedule had to be changed as it was a holiday and some roads were closed. However after telling us the 2h30 would be reduced to 1h30- 2h but no discount was offered. I originally read it would be a small group however we were a group of 22 people.
There was no safety briefing, there were no instructions on how the bikes worked and no map was given of the route. Quite often we were left at traffic lights whilst the front of the group disappeared and the others stuck at otherights behind us.
We were lucky to have good weather and it's a fun way to see the city. The bikes were good but no helmets were offered.
We stopped 3 times and had a very brief explanation of what we saw. They could have taken us more around Fisherman's Bastion as that seemed rushed especially as the tour was cut short.

Twenty (20!) people on an e-bike tour is ridiculous, chaotic, and no fun. I was looking forward to seeing Margrit Island but we couldn’t go because of closed streets and bridges. The two guides did the best they could. I took this bike tour on Hungary’s National holiday, March 15th so this review may not be relevant the rest of the year.

The bike tour was amazing. Our guide Seren was very knowledgeable. The e bikes were top notch and it didn't feel like work, not even a bit tired. The city is big and we felt like we saw everything by bike, covering around 20 miles.

Unfortunately I dont recommend this experience. Our guide (Yusuf) did not explain the sites very well, he barely spoke at all. Additionally each stop he would cycle off and there were times in the tours where he stopped in unsafe places (middle of roads/tramways etc). There was also no safety briefing. Additionally, there is a blend of ebikes and push bikes but the ebikes are much quicker which meant a lot of waiting. We could not wait for the tour to finish,, unfortunately a poor experience.
