The booking experience, easy and did exactly what it was meant to. Very easy process.
I thought the organ in the church would have been playing not that they bought an organ out. The organist was perfection as was opera singer and flutes.
Beautiful church with wonderful music. Everything was very well organized and managed. My only disappointment was seeing some visitors forget that this is a sacred place of worship and enter wearing very casual clothing such as shorts, T-shirts, and flip-flops.
The concert was outstanding although I wish that there were more upbeat pieces. The venue (St Stephen’s Basilica) is spectacular; the organ and acoustics were mind blowing. Seating was the only negative. We arrived extra early and waited for the doors to open in order to be sit at the front of section 2. Everything went according to plan until the ushers realized that they oversold section 1 five minutes before the start of the concert. We were the only ones asked to move back, and of course, at that time we could only find seats in the back. Otherwise, it was an unforgettable experience.
This is a do not miss event. The concert included an organist, a flutist and an opera singer, what a nice combination. And great opportunity to hear the basilica acoustics and see it all lit up inside and out at night.
The concert was canceled, the basilica was closed and we want a refund. We received no notice from viator
Amazing concert. A must when in Budapest
Listening to the organ in a cathedral is the.highlight of the day
Program unexceptional. Good acoustics. Interior of the basilica impressive. Met expectations........

We are glad that the interior of the Basilica and the acoustics met your expectations. Thank you for your review, and we hope to welcome you back again in the future.
The pieces played were very heavy and many were lengthy. We would have liked for a few of the pieces to be es be more familiar and lighter in spirit. All performers were excellent.
Fantastic way to end a vacation. Was surprised they have a retired opera singer and flutist join in the concert. The whole thing was magical
This event was advertised as organ concert at St Stephen Church which gave this impression that the pipe organ would be used. Instead an electric organ was played which produces a different experience. Overall we enjoyed the concert.
We googled the musicians on program and it was impressive. Not just "an organist", but a guy who is in charge of organ for several area organizations and has been doing it for years. Not just a flute player, but the conductor of the Danube Symphony. Not just an opera singer but a guy who has won practically every award you can win in that field. We were impressed. The St. Stephen Basilia is stunningly beautiful. Overall a very special event. Highly recommend

Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We’re so glad you enjoyed the concert and the impressive musicians, and that the Basilica made such an impression. We truly appreciate your recommendation!
Wonderful experience and an exquisite old cathedral. excellent operatic, singing, and classical music playing.
A wonderful experience being immersed the music by very talented musicians inside the beautiful Bazilika.
Event was well organised and calm getting in and out, even with a full house.
The organist was truly a gifted musician. Along
with playing musical numbers solo he was joined at times with a gentleman playing the
clarinet. He also twice welcomed a talented singer to sing as he played organ. Sitting in such a beautiful basilica listening to such
gifted musicians was a joy

The concert was lovely in a grand setting. The organ music was phenomenal and we also enjoyed the flute accompanied by the organ.
Great concert of organ based classical music. The opera singer and flautist added charm and passion.

The concert was excellent. Beautiful music in a beautiful setting. We paid extra for the Category 1 seats at the front and we're very glad we did. There were some people using phones to record the show, which was a bit distracting, so it might be good to ban phones.
Magnificient! A organist/pianist, flutist and opera singer! The Basilica is beautiful and the acoustics are amazing! Highly reccommennd😊
Fabulous! The concert was magical in such a gorgeous location and the musicians were top-notch. Don’t miss it.
Excellent performers. Amazing venue. Great acoustics. About 200 people the night we went. Recommended highly.
Book in advance, but visit the cathedral in shop hours to exchange the online voucher for a paper ticket.

Thank you for your feedback!
Concert location moved from the iconic location the night before. Was a good concert but really disappointing to have paid so much and the event moved to a small nearby church and not to have tue experience we dearly wanted
Response from Host, Aug 2025
We are very sorry that the concert could not happen in the Basilica. The owner of the Basilica hosted an unexpected religious event, a vigil, and we were therefore unable to hold the concert there. We are sorry about the inconvenience, but we have offered you a chance to reschedule your reservation and you did not take it. Furthermore, you received a free admission to the Basilica church hall.
Beautiful sounds in a space like they were meant to be performed in; others recommended front section but not much different in placement if you arrive early to get near front of middle section

We are glad to hear that you had a magical night with us! Hearing the organ in the St. Stephen's Basilica is an unforgettable memory. Thank you for choosing our program!
A fantastic evening in the most stunning location! We had an incredible experience. My only disappointment was I was hoping to hear the Basilica organ 😁
Response from Host, Nov 2024
We are very glad that you had a great experience! We thought that the voice of the singer and the flutist would be lost next to the sound of the large organ, so we prefer the smaller organ on these occasions. And this way the organist is visible as well so you can take pictures of all of them!
