Casa Milà itself is absolutely stunning and well worth visiting, but the Viator “tour” offered no real benefit. There was no one to greet us when we arrived, no guide, and no added context or support. They simply emailed the tickets, which I could have purchased directly from the official site for less money and with less hassle.
The experience at the building was wonderful, but booking through Viator felt unnecessary. I’d recommend buying tickets directly online instead. It’s cheaper, easier, and exactly the same experience.

what the real issue with this experience was is that I had booked the nighttime via tour for the same place and for some reason never received my tickets. Even though I got a firm confirmation and my Visa information was taken I never received tickets for the nighttime tour I had booked for the date of May 16.
There was absolutely no way to reach via tour or anyone involved with the fact I couldn't get my tickets and for that reason, I seriously have to consider ever using your platform again.
Because I could not access the tour that I had paid for on my app if I wanted to see this property, I had to rebook this tour the 10 AM tour.
That tour was great everything it was promised and a very reasonable price but I really need to hear back from someone via tour about what happened with my first reservation. I was with someone that was a very important client and to have the tour cancelled was extremely prejudicial to me.

Terrible experience trying to redeem our vouchers for tickets. The employee trying very hard to help us but still could not redeem the vouchers. We had to pay for the tickets ourselves, again. We expect a full refund on out return.

This is the best Casa … I love the rooftop view… it’s perfect day for taking picture and best view. The inside a little bit boring but overall I love it.

Easy to purchase and redeem tickets at a discount. Audio guide device and headphones provided once you're inside (headphones were too big for my head, lol). Additional visuals during audio tour were interesting. Not as fairy tale like as Casa Battla, but interesting to see Gaudi's ingenuity and craftsmanship applied to a multi tennant building. Rooftop was gorgeous and a bit menacing, but in a good way. All in all, a great addition to a Barcelona tour of Gaudi creations.

I'd consider this a must-see experience - the audio tour is well done and the site is remarkable and beautiful. Gaudi's design is a delight to behold - the rooftop is striking and his interior and furniture design are wonderful in both aesthetics and function. If visiting Barcelona, visit Casa Milà!

Do you buy any tour from Viator
Their after sales service , customer service is awful
The day I bought the tickets for it was rainy and I checked with customer service twice before we go to La Pedrera if the rooftop is open , they confirmed it is open
When we go there it was closed because of the rain - of course - they were rescheduling everyone’s tickets as there is no use if you can go to rooftop
I wrote to customer service again and asked either reschedule or refund
They said they can refund the money so we bought tickets again to see La Pedrera
Now they are telling us they will not refund the money !!!!!!!!!
