We were not able to get into the Sagrada Família with this. This was only to get the audio guide, but it was useless without access to getting in. This should be better marketed on Viator so people know that they still need to purchase an entry fee.

This is the most horrible experience I ever had. Poor communication and poor customer service. The explanation was not clear and no one was responding to emails. I went to salagra familia and was denied access telling the ticket was not for that. I paid for self guide to salagra familia. I will not recommend this site to anyone. What did I paid my money for. I didn't get to see salagra familia because ticket was sold out. I was told at the place your company known for that.

Wasn’t allowed to enter the landmark and it was closed . I had confirmation and still that happened. It was a waste of taxi money to and from and evening . I didn’t have money returned either .
