Gonzalo from Amigo Tours did an excellent job guiding us through the historic and vibrant Park Güell. He explained the life and legacy of Gaudí in great detail, highlighted the natural inspiration behind the park's stone structures, and discussed Barcelona's history, including its transformation from an industrial centre into a thriving cultural hub known for its unique architecture and vibrancy. He brought us to some amazing mosaic-tiled areas and was patient in allowing plenty of time for photos. His passion, knowledge, and enthusiasm made the tour extremely enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Our tour guide really enjoys his job and was a very good story teller. I think I would have enjoyed it much more if it was more of a park tour vs just learning a lot of interesting information about Gaudi’s life. Our tour guide made it clear that we would have to go through the park again, after the tour, to take the pictures we wanted to capture on our own as the tour didn’t have enough time accomplish that. So overall, I learned a lot about Gaudi, but left kinda disappointed with the whole tour because it required me to retrace all our steps to spend time at any stops that we wanted to explore or take any photographs.

I did this tour with my 89 year old mom. It is walkable but the challenge is the standing for long periods of time while the guide gives history. The information is thorough. Bring water and a hat.

I’m giving it 1 star because the Amigo tour company was inflexible with changing to a later time on the same day. I imagine the tour would have been fine and skip the line is always worth the extra cost. And to be fair, I was asking to do it after the 24hr cancellation/change policy but didn’t see a reason why they couldn’t accommodate the change. There was availability for the time I wanted to go and I communicated the request about 18 hours ahead. I wasn’t asking for a refund but a 3 hour later tour the same day due to last minute travel issues. I lost my money and the chance to experience the tour because they wouldn’t work with me on this. I think that was a terrible way to deal with this issue. Again, their policy is black and white with 24 hours ahead hassle free cancellation/change, but the tour time I was able to make had openings and to me it was a “we got your money so too bad” type of behavior. A simple bit of customer service and understanding would have gone a LONG way!!

While we always do our best to be flexible, we must also respect the guidelines we have set as last minute changes even when availability exists impact our logistics, staffing, and operations. In this case, your request came within the restricted window and unfortunately we were unable to accommodate the change.

Great short tour of the Park with Pepe. He was patient and explained everything really well. He waited for us as we got stuck in traffic and made sure we had time to take pictures. Highly recommend this tour if you need an 1.5 of time to fill in your day touring Barcelona.

Great way to see Park Guell. You’re going to have to buy a ticket so might as well pay for the tour. Your tour allows you to stay in the park to wander after the tour itself. Definitely a decent amount of walking so bring comfortable shoes.

This tour was not organized properly by giving some address that was not at the park. All other tours meet at the entrance of the park except this one. Even though I was at the park 1 hour before I was not able to get in. Terrible company. They said sorry and didn't try to reschedule me for another day. I lost my money.

Amazing guide, very informative and funny. We found out lots of things that have stuck with us! Lots of walking and you can stay as long as you like in the park after your tour which is great.
Be careful at the meeting point! They have a great little gift shop that you can go bankrupt in, so many cute little things for sale! 😭❤️ not expensive just all so cute!
