I would not recommend this tour due to extremely poor and misleading directions. The meeting point was listed at the exit of Park Güell, but neither the original instructions nor the directions sent by the guide made it clear that you cannot access that location without already having a ticket to enter the park. Both Google Maps and the link the guide sent routed me directly through the park, which is a restricted, ticketed area. I was physically unable to reach the meeting point as instructed. I spent a significant amount of time trying to navigate multiple entrances, including being turned away at resident-only access points, and ultimately missed the tour entirely. When I contacted the guide, I was essentially told there would be no refund. This is not a minor inconvenience — the meeting point setup is fundamentally flawed. A tour should never require guests to already be inside a restricted area without clearly stating that and providing accurate, workable directions. Very disappointing experience, especially given the cost. I would strongly recommend choosing a different operator with clearer logistics and better customer support. This experience felt misrepresented and poorly managed from a logistical standpoint.

Travelers beware! Do NOT walk to the meeting place, take a bus, train, plane, or cab!! The experience in the Park is amazing! Our guide, Berta, was very enthusiastic and informative.

Olga was so wonderful. We have done 4 excursions since and they all failed after Olga. She was lively and interesting and prepared. She enjoyed what she was doing and it showed. The speaker system was perfect quality. I would recommend with flying colors.

Met outside Park Guell on time. Entry delayed for a while, but guide just started his tour information before entry. He was very knowledgeable and interesting. The park is lovely but would not have been anywhere near as good without our guide. Really recommend this company.

Very informative tour by a great guide who was infectiously enthusiastic and kind

I read some reviews that said you didn't need a guided tour of Park Guell, so I planned that we would just go by ourselves. However, we discovered that all of the general park entry tickets were sold out, so the only way we could get in was to take a tour. After much searching (and finding a few at crazy prices), we found this tour at a good price and booked. And I'm so glad we did! We learnt loads about the park and about Gaudi which we would have totally missed if we had just wandered around by ourselves. Our guide, Alex, was great. He was really helpful and patient with our questions and clearly has a passion for the things he was sharing with us. And he seemed humble and didn't big himself up during the tour, as some guides do. Thank you, Alex!
