- This tour is accessible for both wheelchairs and strollers. However, there are several slopes and hills in the park that can make passage slower, and wheelchair-access to the Gaudí House is limited to the first floor, excluding the second floor.

Parc Güell was beautiful and interesting. The park sits above the city with wonderful views all the way to the ocean. Our tour guide Gloria was funny, dramatic, theatrical and informative. She was as entertaining as the location. I would say she is better suited to tourists whose primary language is English. I noticed that those in the group for whom English was a second or third language had some difficulty understanding her accent.

Our guide Paula was fantastic. She is passionate about Antoni Gaudi which she shares with her group. It was the right amount of time and well balanced between two major historical sites. Would definitely recommend.

The tour operator needs to better explain the meeting location. The address given will take you to the wrong entrance. It’s a 15min walk to the right place. The taxi’s cannot access the zone where the lower enterence and meeting place is. Be sure to get dropped off at the edge of the limited access zone and walk the 3 blocks up the hill to the meeting area.
Once we found Roberto all was great and he was absolutely FANTASTIC!!!! Great to get the history of the park.

Lovely tour guide, she was friendly and full of facts and recommendations. The tour highlights key area of the park that later you can explore properly at your own pace. Tickets to the park were sold out when I was looking to book directly so it was great to be able to go as part of this tour! Thank you

We're very sorry. Also, keep in mind the houses of Park Guell are a different portion of the tour that we do not offer.

We couldn’t find tickets at the ticket office so luckily we booked those from Viator on the same day! Had great time with our guide, and had vip access to several sites too!

We booked this tour through Viader and got a confirmation. When we got to the site the guide told us she didn’t have enough tickets and the park was sold out. We wasted 2 hrs and since we leave tomorrow we won’t get to see Park Guell. I suggest you find other tour operators to use when visiting the park and confirm that they really have tickets for you before you go.

We were lucky to have our guide, Albert, all to ourselves as the other party did not show up. He was thorough and knowledgeable, and gave us a lot of insights into the park as well as its history and the lives of characters involved in its development, including Mr. Güell and of course, Gaudí. The park is one-of-a-kind and not to be missed, especially if you‘re a Gaudí fan. Definitely recommend taking a tour. We learned tons of things we would not have otherwise learned.

Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. However, I found it odd that she asked at the beginning if we actually wanted the tour. I sensed that she really didn't want to give an actual tour. She was just going to make sure we got in.

Trip was cancelled at last minute with no explanation, no phone call only email when you are away on holiday you don't always check your emails. No alternative offered and instructions that I have to follow to get refund. This should be automatic.

Our tour guide told us a lot about himself rather than about Park Guell. I think he was trying to be personable and likable, but we felt shortchanged on information. The things he did tell us centered around a few common themes - which were repetitive and took a long time for him to say. So, it wasn't a good use of our time.

Our guide was excellent. He gave excellent explanations on how or why the structures where build the way were. A combination of Guell and Gaudi. There is a limited amount of tickets sold each day, so make sure to have ticket and don't just show up in hopes to get a ticket. It is also quite a hike up to the park from the metro.
