A great way to see the outer areas of Barcelona- ancient seaside towns and quaint cafes and restaurants. Monia was an amazing guide, enriching our ride with history and tales of Dali and friends and visiting a fabulous restaurant where he worked and played. The blue water views were spectacular

Monia was an amazing guide. She tailored the entire fay to accommodate our toddler, showed us all the amazing sights of tossa de mar and allowed for plenty of rest and relaxation swimming in one of the most beautiful coves of tossa. Highly recommend!

The day we spent exploring Costa Brava with Monia was wonderful. Because she grew up in the area, she was able to share with us some of her favorite places, which we also loved. Especially the local shops in the village of Pals and the wonderful restaurant on the beach in Tamariu. She also shared a lot of knowledge about the history and people of the area. It was a great, relaxing way to see the area.

I truly didn’t know what to expect but this tour was great. We visited many small medieval and beach towns and a winery. Monia had a great knowledge of the area and has a great personality. She made us feel like family and showed us so many beautiful places. We ate at a marvelous restaurant (Restaurant Llfranc) we all had a seafood paella and local wine from a nearby winery. The food , wine, service was delightful and sitting on the water witha fantastic view, great people ,good conversation , food and wine. What more can you ask for? We have been to Almafi and Tuscany and it reminds you of both of them in one. I highly recommend Monia and can’t say enough. Take this tour and you won’t be disappointed.

Monia was great! She drove well and made sure to take us to beautiful sights! She definitely knows her history! We even had a lunch in costa brava and it was fantastic! On the way back to the hotel, she even showed us the best view of Barcelona! I definitely would recommend this as a one day trip! An important thing to advise is that she is willing to pick up and drop off guests at their hotel despite the locations viator shows. If you book this trip, contact her with your hotel and most likely she will be able to pick up and drop you off there!

The trip was excellent. Monia was the perfect driver, guide and host on this day trip from Barcelona to Costa Brava. She took us to a picturesque, ancient village followed by three small beach towns in Costa Brava. We had a wonderful seaside lunch and then walked along a coastal walkway originally built by the Romans. We highly recommend this trip. Take this trip early in your visit because Monia can give you advice on other things to do, see and taste on your Barcelona trip.

The private trip to Costa Brava with hotel pick up and drop was absolutely wonderful. The scenic bays with the bluest waters, the lovely weather, and the seafood lunch at one of the villages which was a gastronomical delight, all made our trip absolutely memorable. Our guide Monia was super friendly and knowledgeable, more so because she grew up in those regions. Hence, she knew the place in and out! The ancient villages were so beautiful with amazingly friendly people!! Loved every minute of the trip. A very relaxing day indeed.

Swimming in the sea and a lunch that was top class. I would recommend that this is a tour you do on the first day you arrive. Monia gives you a wealth if information that can only be beneficial to the rest of your stay. She was an absolute delight and it was no hardship spending a day with her.

What a delightful day, getting away from the city and exploring the lovely seaside coves of Costa Brava. We were on a 10 city tour across USA and Europe and Barcelona was one of the cities on the itinerary. We were looking for a day trip to Costa Brava and found this option on Viator. This was by far the best decision of our entire vacation. Monia was an amazing host and guide ... almost became part of the family by the end of the tour. We had the most amazing private tour with Monia. A wonderful and relaxing trip to Costa Brava with Monica! After two years of cancelled trips, the wait was totally worth it.
