Due to the ongoing renovation works, access to the stadium interior is not available at this time. Visitors can currently only enjoy the construction viewpoint and the museum.

We bought our tickets in advance and as advised went to the designated meeting point at the time we had booked. On arrival we produced our tickets only to be told that we had to join the extremely long queue. As we had another excursion booked we were unable to stay and wait. We have requested a refund but this has been declined. Very poor customer experience

We would like to clarify that there is a mandatory security check before entering the museum, and unfortunately, this is managed by the venue authorities. All visitors are required to go through this process, and no one is allowed to skip the queue, regardless of the ticket type.

There was no tour guide. We had reservations for 11:30 I work till the day before I didn’t needed it to be changed to 1:30.
And then we got to the event. There was no tour guide in our ticket got rejected at the gate.
