Amazing guide Vincenzo knowledge of history and food was a great blend. Variety of foods great with a truly local flavour. Would certainly recommend. We went back the next day to the market for more paella!

Future travelers will be in for treat of local foods that are only are found in this region of Spain. Sophia, our guide expert, was a local to this region who knew the history of all the foods we tasted. She was very personable, funny, and professional. Best tour we have been on. bar none.

We stopped at five different spots throughout the gothic area in the main market and through a few side streets including olives, paella, chocolate, patisserie, and smoked ham.Vincent gave us history about the food and the city along the walk and the entire tour took about two and a half hours

This was less about food and more about general knowledge and history of the area. We really enjoyed the extra information and the food we tried was excellent. We appreciated the comments about the food as well. We just were anticipating trying many different types of food.

It was a great walk through Barcelona. We tried all the basics of Spain. Would have liked to try more savory items and maybe some more unique items instead of the standard olives, paella (although it was excellent), ham and cheese.

Overall, this experience was not worth it in the slightest. There were 11 of us on the tour, making the total amount brought in by the guide just under 500 euro. If I had to estimate, he probably spend about 100 of that on food, printing a nice little profit while providing some not-so-great food. Boqueria Market: tried some olives and paella (obviously vegetable paella because he wanted to get the cheapest possible) Apple Empanadas Iberico Ham Some mediocre vegetable medley on bread Creme Catalan (maybe the only part that was worth it)

The locations were great. Delicious and sufficient food. The tour guide was not very motivated; we had better and more interesting food tours in other cities. However, the food spots were really good and authentic. Especially the market and the tapas were very tasty to us.
