It’s completely insulting that you sent me this several times to review you when you canceled on us five minutes before you were to pick us up for a private tour we booked months in advance on our only day in Spain. What a big disappointment you have lost us forever as customers we’ve used you in several different countries.

They no showed, and made my 84 year old father and 81 year old mother (both in wheelchairs) sit for 2.5 hours, no apologies, nothing! We were in Spain for 1 day and it got ruined because of these inconsiderate people that run a service where paying customers depend on their ability to be accurate and truthful. Such a horrible experience.

Driver told us nothing about the areas we drove thru and the sights that we visited. Showed up at the wrong cruise ship terminal and tried to drop us off at the wrong terminal. He was of no help at all.

Alex was excellent! He picked us up at the dock as requested and gave us a beautiful tour of Barcelona. He was very aware of the petty crime and insisted we drop our luggage off at the hotel prior to touring. He gave us lots of pointers of what to do after the tour And many well. Founded recommendations.

This is a good option for a short but comprehensive visit to Barcelona. The driver was friendly and accommodating. It would have been nice to have a bit more “guide” to balance out the excellent driving.

Sights were amazing and we hit the major locations but our guide (Heri) seemed more interested in finishing the tour and delivering us to our hotel than giving us a tour. His knowledge was limited, but he was pleasant enough. He also took MANY phone calls during the tour. We were disappointed in the quality of the experience.

Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He gave just the right amount of information. The Mercedes van was very new and the interior was immaculate. I highly recommend this tour.

After arriving to Barcelona at 9am and having to catch our cruise at 4pm, this was the perfect 4 hour tour to fill the gap. We toured the entire city and spent time inside the Sagrada Familia. Wonderful tour. Highly recommended!

The guide (Issac) arrived 30 minutes late and remarkably, things went downhill from there. Due to our misunderstanding we did not obtain tickets to the Basilica or Park Quell a week in advance by ourselves. This guide’s “help” on this problem was to not answer our text the previous day, and then while in the van, show us on his phone that tickets were not available. Fortunately OUR call to Viator showed much availability at the Park which WE booked (and was the only good aspect of the day). Due to the health and mobility concerns of two in our party we have used many, many private tours in both the US and Europe (often through Viator). This “tour” seemingly did nothing to minimize the walking on the few stops made. We had a brief stop at the palace, a stop to connect with our Park Quell guide (Albert - excellent), and a stop a few hundred yards from the Basilica to view the exterior of the structure. Otherwise, this “tour” was little more than a very, very expensive (€400+) taxi ride around the city. Unquestionably the poorest “tour” in all our travel experiences. Buyer be VERY aware on this one.

Thank you for your review, but as I informed you several times both by email and on the day of the tour, tickets to both Sagrada Familia and Park Güell were not included in the tour. On the other hand, you requested the tickets and we responded informing you that in order to include this option you had to contact us directly at the email address we provided, which you never did and therefore your tickets were never reserved. Fortunately, you were able to get tickets for Park Güell after contacting Viator. This whole incident made us waste a lot of time and we tried to adapt to the situation. For our part, you are writing a negative review about a mistake that you yourself made, since you were informed from the first minute that you had to contact us to reserve the tickets and as you will understand, if we do not have any news we cannot make any ticket purchases.

Very knowledgeable staff. They waited for us and walked in at the airport exactly one hour after our arrival, as advertised.
We would have preferred more explanations of sites as we were driving through the city but otherwise very nice. Got good explanations at the scheduled stops.

We have investigated your case and as you know, the driver was waiting two hours at the airport after one hour of the arrival of your flight for reasons beyond our control, we tried to take a panoramic view of the basic city and with a stop at Sagrada Familia, since which is one of the most emblematic places in the city, keep in mind that it is not possible to complete the entire planned itinerary in two hours, when the duration is 4 hours, unfortunately we cannot respond to incidents beyond our control and we are sorry for the inconvenience.

We leave on a 12 cruise tomorrow and we chose to hire a driver for 6 hours Our driver arrived on time and his name was Paco. We wanted to experience Barcelona city and highlights of this large metropolitan city. We spoke with our driver Paco and he was committed to driving us around in a clean Van. We saw so very much through the day, and he explained much of the history of the tour. His knowledge and insight was just amazing throughout the day. For us we were truly satisfied and grateful, that he was our tour guide. Our day was amazing, and private with only my wife and I. But is was truly because our driver was very sharing about the many places he shared with us. We would recommend Paco , anytime while your travels are in Barcelona.

This was a private chauffeur but not a tour. You misrepresented this. He went to the wrong hotel and had to track him down. Arrived late and wanted to cut the driving after 2 hours. Not happy you refused to refund me 50% back when I brought this to your attention. Also ticket requests were ignored when requested. Viator total disappointment and bad customer service.

Paco was very good. He met us at the airport and we informed him we really only had about 2.5 hours for a tour as we needed to be at the Port for a cruise.
He was able to adapt his original plans and showed us as much as he could. He was very knowledgeable and very professional.

Elvis was extraordinary!! He made Our ride comfortable and was timely and knew so much about the city. We Maxed out the car with seven of us, myself, husband, children (3, 8) my dad and my in-laws and even still we drove comfortably throughout Barcelona. Get tickets to Sagrada Familia; you won’t regret it. This is a must tour for a quick and relaxing tour of Barcelona! Thank you Elvis.

Udo was a true professional in every way. He arrived at our hotel on time in a comfortable vehicle. While not a native of Barcelona he is a 30 year resident and was able to convey the personality of Barcelona as a proud resident but not like a tourist bureau advertisement. There was a great ability to customize our tour to what we wanted to see. For example since we toured the Sagrada Familia the day before, this landmark was not a necessary part of our tour. Our tour ended at our cruise ship as we desired.
Briefly, Udo gave an informative and fun tour. He discussed things other tour guides skipped over. All in all, he was one of the best we have been guided by.
