We got to the workshop at the address given to us, 15 minutes early as suggested to find out the location for the workshop was moved. So we had to take a 15 minute taxi ride to the 2nd location. Once there we were told we couldn't do the workshop because of the time needed to complete our pottery. We all were very disappointed. Trying to get a refund, with no luck as of now....

The studio is easy and safe to get too. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, I was welcomed and made comfortable. My teacher Lesli is very talented and amazing with details she is patient and teaches and demonstrates great. She is also fluent in English Spanish French and Italian.

This was such a fun thing to do, especially with a friend or first date, because the instructors are absolutely amazing. They are there to help you the entire way and make you feel like an expert. It was so fun doing pottery, drinking wine and hanging out. They never rush you and let you explore your creativity.

We took the experience with great enthusiasm and everything went well. However, what is the collection service of the pieces is laughter. They include you in a whatsapp group where they are posting pictures of your pieces and you have to schedule to go and collect them. In my case, more than two weeks had passed and I still didn't see the pieces. However, we do schedule a pickup date. On the same pickup day we change the time. My partner approaches the indicated time and meets the workshop closed. We are informed that they got the time wrong but not to worry, as they were going to be mailed to us. A week goes by and I know absolutely nothing about the pieces. I'm trying to communicate with them and it's all a mess. The grace shop closed it, but I was given no additional date to look for the pieces, which was all I wanted. They have stopped answering me to whatsapps and calls and, two months later, I do not have the pieces. I appreciate the service of Viator, but I do not recommend anyone to conduct this workshop with this company.
