I took the photography experience with Nico. He and I walked around La Boqueria and The Gothic Quarter and he showed me how to work with the different light that I would find in all these places. Also showed me some settings on my camera I didn’t know how to use. He was good about showing me different ways to look at situations to make the pictures much more interesting. It was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone who loves photography!

I have been taking photos for a long time, but almost always on semi-automatic. Nico gave me the confidence to try exclusively shooting manual and the improvement in the quality of my photos has been very obvious. I can't imagine going back to automatic. He also gave me some tips for taking photos of people on the street, which I've always found intimidating. I'm now looking for different opportunities to take advantage of light and contrast, and already my photos are obviously more dramatic and eye-catching. It's been a game-changer for me. Thanks Nico.

Great tour and learning experience! Our guide Nico was very knowledgeable in both digital cameras and phone cameras. He showed us some of his favorite areas of the city and taught us some easy-to-understand ways to shoot in manual mode, something we had never really felt comfortable doing. He was engaging, easy to understand and offered us lots of pro tips. After this tour, we had enough knowledge to start practicing on our own and the rest of our vacation photos showed great results. We would highly recommend this tour and Nico as a guide! He said it would be life changing and it is! We now look at every picture and scene to capture the light correctly!
