A must do when in Barcelona!

You won’t get your actual tickets until 15 minutes prior to your entry time. I didn’t know that but everyone working at the museum was very helpful. The tour itself was amazing! I wish I had done the gold tour to see more.

Disorganized

Had a timed entry ticket for 11:30. Got there 30 minutes early by 11:45. There was still a long wait for those with an 11:00 entrance. And the 11:15 hadn’t even started. Totally disorganized and way overcrowded and over sold. Ended up not going in . Would not recommend. Look at the outside. Take a few pictures and enjoy your day. No one needs that kind of stress on their vacation

Very difficult, could not find my confirmation # and was told to call Viator when I did they told me computers were down and they were sorry told agent refund me ruined my day

This is a self guided tour- the audio handsets worked great. LOTS of stairs and might be too much for some people.
