Valentino was our driver. It took us a while to be able to access internet when arriving at the airport, but he was patient was we awaited the lengthy passport line and luggage retrieval. Then, it was Independence Day and most roads were blocked for a parade. Valentino took extra time to find back streets and a route to get us to our hotel! What a great young man! Thank you!

It went well though to me up with our driver we did not have a specific meeting place. When we exited costumes there were a large group of drivers with signs. Our driver texted us to go outside and wait at an exit. Not a specific exit. It took about 20 minutes of standing, waiting , texting when he told us to be outside number 2 exit. When we went there we met. He was polite and car clean. He took us to our hotel without difficulty. It would be better to designate a place to meet such as “ outside exit 1”

After a 19-hour flight, his clean and comfortable vehicle made the drive especially pleasant. I booked transportation from our cruise port to the airport months ahead of time. I was supposed to be contacted 24 hours before with the specific contact information of the driver but never received it. When we arrived at the port, our transportation was not there. I called and wasn't able to get a hold of anyone.
When I requested a REIMBURSMENT it was DENIED because their policy requires 24 hour cancellation notice. Make it make sense.

The car was spotless, comfortable, and air-conditioned—exactly what we needed on a hot Athens day. The ride was smooth and quick, and we got to the port with plenty of time to spare. The company never messaged me 24 hours beforehand as written in the details of the booking. When we landed I messaged the tour operator, no one ever responded. I called the company directly after waiting for 30 minutes and they said they could not find my name or reservation. That I needed to call Viator themselves. I was given two options, after waiting at the airport for an hour plus, to continue to wait or refund. Overall this was a terrible experience.

The company had the wrong arrival time even with the flight info provided where they could double check the arrival. When they realized it was wrong they didn’t attempt to fix it and just left me hanging to find transportation at the last minute.

Despite numerous assurances, the promised driver did not show up to pick us up from Athens airport. Was initially told driver would be there in ‘five minutes’. After an hour the local firm gave me the number of their driver who rudely told me he knew nothing about it. No further response to calls and messages so had to get Metro to hotel. Avoid!!!

Was told it was a private transfer and instead we were with several other people and I had to be squeezed into a very small seat. It was a very uncomfortable ride and we wished we had just taken a taxi. I do not recommend.

Driver arrived at the airport an hour early and proceeded to leave us stranded at the airport
We had to take a taxi in lieu the scheduled and prepaid limo pick up. We asked for a refund, but operator declined.

We booked airport transportation driver from ATH to our hotel. I texted and called the driver to let him know we were delayed. The driver never texted back or answered the phone. We ended up taking two taxi's to the hotel.

The driver was very nice, but, when we arrived he told us that viator has not paid for our trip. His boss told us to pay again and file a complaint. At the end, everything was solved, but it was an uncomfortable moment as soon as we arrived. That is why, I cannot say it was excellent.
