Booking a transfer is much easier than waiting on a taxi. Driver met us after customs and baggage claim. Driver helped with bags and off we went to hotel. Very friendly and helpful. Have booked other transfers via Viator and they have always worked out well.

Difficult to contact while first arriving. Charged us even though we never found the driver

First time in Greece. Unfortunately we had issues with our cell phone so struggled contacting the company. We looked all the places the airport staff told us for drivers and never found ours. Hours later I got a message that the driver waited 75 minutes and called me but that was not accurate. We were still charged.

We are sorry to hear about your experience, but we would like to clarify that all procedures were followed correctly on our end. Our driver was at the arrivals hall for 75 minutes holding a sign with your name, as agreed. We also called the phone number provided multiple times — the calls went through normally, but were never answered. Your booking was incomplete and missing important details, which made it difficult to assist you further. We replied to your email within one minute of receiving it, informing you that the driver was waiting inside the terminal. We never received a response. We would gladly provide a screenshot to prove this, but unfortunately, the platform does not allow it. Viator’s customer service also sent you three emails and attempted to call you ten times, with no reply. Seven hours later, you claimed your phone wasn’t working. This is not consistent with the call logs and appears to be an attempt to avoid responsibility. We take pride in our professionalism and reliability, and this is a rare case where a service could not be delivered due to a lack of cooperation and accurate information from the client.

They never showed up for the rebook, no correspondence from Viator regarding the second rebook. I tried reaching out from airport and I was not successful with the online agent.

Two hours before our scheduled appointment, you requested a refund, which we could not accept as we do not allow changes within the last 24 hours. During your first booking, which you changed, we communicated with you via WhatsApp, so it is unclear why you were unable to reach us during the second booking. Additionally, in the product description you booked, there is a contact phone number for emergencies. It appears that you did not use this number to call if the driver did not show up. We regret any misunderstanding and the false information you provided. Your request for cancellation two hours before the appointment could not be accommodated, as our driver was already on the way to pick you up from the airport. We have all the details of your request in emails, which we can provide to you. There are terms and conditions you agreed to before making the booking, so it would be good to respect them as well.

Theodore was an excellent guide and driver. I felt like I have known him like an old friend. He was very knowledgeable about the monasteries as well as local areas. Theodore took us to a great restaurant for traditional Greek food. He made the long drive seem faster because of his interesting conversation! We had a great day with wonderful memories.

Excellent communication, driver was present with a board. Polite and professional however was dropped to the wrong hotel , gave the full address prior to departure via whatsapp as i can understand there can be alot of similar hotel names. Anyway was dropped to the right hotel after, it was 8 mins drive from the wrong hotel. Abit of advice - make sure the driver knows the EXACT address before picking up customer.
