If you are arriving in Athens, meeting point is the Athens Airport. After you have collected your luggage, the driver will meet you outside the Arrivals Hall located outside the Customs Area. The driver will be holding a sign with the lead passenger's name. This service is from/to Athens city area. Piraeus is NOT covered Meeting time is 30 min after your flight's arrival or if you are departing Athens pickup time from your location is 3 hours before. One hour of free waiting time for airport pickups, starting from your flight's landing time.

We provided flight info and were told they would be waiting outside of baggage claim. Airport was busy, took forever for luggage. No one waiting. Called number given and driver said he wasn’t able to wait. There was a taxi strike and forced to take train with multiple pieces of luggage. Requested a refund and nothing yet. Very frustrating.

Your arrival time was 11:10 am This service includes one hour of free waiting time for airport pickups, starting from your flight's landing time. Our driver was trying to reach you without success and you called back our driver at 12:24 pm (which is 1hour and 15 minutes after your arrival time). We have informed you on the same day that you were marked as non show and therefore charged full rate.

Demetrius not only picked us up from the airport - but was a wonderful tour guide as well! In addition, my dad’s family is from Volos so he played the traditional music from that area of the country and other music from our different ancestors. My grandsons all adored him. We had an enjoyable ride from the airport to our hotel.

Website requests flight number and arrival time for airport pickup. Our flight arrived 20 minutes late and baggage was delayed. While waiting for our bags, driver called that one hour had passed since arrival time and he could no longer wait and was leaving. Dispatcher called saying we would have to find our own way into town even though service was paid in advance (We had five large suitcases for five people). He said if we could wait an hour, driver would come back to get us at a cost of €50. I agreed to do that and eventually driver came back, but more than one hour later and we had to run all over the airport roadways in blazing heat to find him. Eventually extra fee was waived, driver very polite, but would not recommend this service. How can anyone accurately predict their arrival time and how long bags will take to arrive?

Choose another vendor! PRIVATE means nothing to them.

DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR/SERVICE! After a long trip from the States to Athens, I’m anxious to get to my PRIVATE TRANSFER to my hotel in the center of Athens. To my surprise, the transfer was not PRIVATE, which was in the description and what I paid for. When I arrived to the big black VAN, the size of a school bus, I said, that is a big van for 1 person. He loaded my luggage and the 8 bags from the another family, who also said they purchased a PRIVATE transfer. THEN he told us that we were all going to a white van across the way. Ok, which way is up? The other family was very nice but neither of us got what we paid for. AVOID AT ALL COST. CHOOSE ANOTHER VENDOR. One that will actually give you what you paid for. Company response….you must have been happy, you tipped him. Ughhh, I tip everyone. He would have received double the tip if I had a PRIVATE transfer.
