It was a great tour. Our tour guide Vicky was very knowledgeable and guided us through acropolis museum and temples. Without her, we would miss some historic landmarks and events and sculptures.
I left a 5-star review with a note for future tourists. I booked a 3-hour guided tour including one hour museum. My experience was that the added one-hour acropolis museum time wasn’t enough for me. I had to go back to the museum myself again. For underground excavation museum, I had to spend another hour to know 1700 years of Athenian history and culture. It was amazing story. If anyone wanted to fully explore the acropolis museum, I would recommend spending at least 3 hour time there.

Our tour with Christina was absolutely amazing. We had a full 2 hours in the Acropolis and we added on the 1 hour Ancient Agora option. We learned so much and Christina customized our tour based on what we expressed interest in while on the tour. She knew the best spots to take pictures and guided us around the crowds and sites with such ease. Christina is very personable and highly knowledgeable about all things Ancient Athens. Highly recommend this tour.

Amazing tour with Elina — We took the Acropolis & Slopes plus Agora tour, which was 3 hours and well worth it! Elina was very informative, answered all our questions and added a lot of color and context to the entire area. Before booking, I had a difficult time determining whether a private tour would be worth it and if it was best to book a tour guide ahead (or if there were guides available at the gates — there is not!) and I can confidently say both were necessary. We got so much more out of it having Elina guide us through the sites and it was well worth the cost. We also went in the late afternoon (15:30) and the sites were slightly less crowded and the heat was cooling off. The Acropolis & Slopes was the highlight — while the Agora was great, it wasn’t a necessity and makes for a long afternoon. This tour is unique in that it starts at the Arch of Hadrian & the Temple of Zeus, so we go a little extra history beyond the Acropolis and Agora. Overall, really awesome tour with great communication from the company leading up to the tour (e.g., they helped us determine which timed entry tickets to purchase for the Acropolis & Agora — in our experience, “skip the line” tickets were not necessary, the line moves quickly once they open the gates for your time slot), highly recommend!

Worth it to skip the line, but too much fluff on the tour and not enough about the actual Parthenon. The guide went on and on about how the Greeks are “blessed and the best” but didn’t provide much information on the history of the Acropolis.
