that we did not get to visit the most important sight everything was a drive by except the Acropolis museum it was not worth the cost i am very disappointed it was my once in a lifetime opportunity to visit the acropolis and i missed it

We regret to hear about your disappointment but highly recommend paying closer attention to the tour options offered: 1. Private tour 2. Shared tour including Acropolis Museum 3. Shared tour including Acropolis Parthenon You booked the second option, which included exploring the interiors of the Acropolis Museum and the exteriors of the Acropolis Parthenon from Pnyx Hill by foot. If you had wanted to visit its interiors, you would have needed to book the third option, as some members of your group did. When we offered you an on-the-spot upgrade by paying the difference, you declined. Regarding your comment that “everything was a drive-by,” we’d like to clarify: the city overview portion of the tour by van lasted one hour, while the total tour duration was six hours—not to mention the two hours spent in Plaka. It seems there may have been some confusion, perhaps with another port. This is quite common for cruise passengers visiting multiple ports within one week. Safe travels!
