Very bad experience

I booked this service for my 70y old parents since they find it difficult to get out of the airport and they have disabilities walking a far distance with suitcases. All those details were indicated to this company upfront. The driver wasn’t there for the scheduled hour and i also got wrong mobile number of him so i couldn’t reach him It took me 40 min of stress over the phone to help my parents find the driver after calling the offices of this company and trying to guide my parents After my parents met the driver, they said they found it difficult to keep track of him since he walked too fast for them I additionally booked extra service for a tour of Athens for additional 150 EUR but my parents barely could communicate with the driver since the driver didn’t knew english well. So they asked to be dropped off at the destination and skip this service I contacted this business for refund of the extra service and was refused Bottom line- every aspect of this service went very bad If you are willing to pay for a private transfer service don’t invest your money here It’s doesn’t worth it and feels like a scam.

Thank you so much for the time that you spent to review our services. I have to inform you that you must review the service that you booked from Viator and only this. We respond very fast and we were very helpful. All our drivers have excellent knowledge of English, it is a demand by the authorities to have it. You had the owner's phone number ,not your driver's number.All our vehicles have gps and we know exactly where are they and this helps us to prove that we are on time.The airport is extremely busy this period but it doesn't take a lot of time to find the driver. They hold a sign with the client's name on it. We understand that it is difficult to find your name when you see so many drivers holding signs.The biggest problem that you had with our company is that you booked an extra service (a tour of the city without a tour guide and with a stop for breakfast ), you prepaid it , we had a minivan at your disposal for a few hours for that day and you decided that you didn't need this tour for your own reasoins. You decided that you didn't need it after your arrival . You asked for a refund because you didn't need this service but the vehicle was already booked for you and it was unavalaible for the hours that you booked it. You must understand that a company is not the owner of a manager. It is a team of people that work really hard in difficult conditions to provide you the best service. Especially this period of high season with the flights mostly delayed and the time that you need to collect your luggage from the claim is more than 45 minutes and we are there waiting for you. I understand that your parents were very tired that and all our team want you to transfer them our sincere apologies if they feel uncomfortable that day. We hope that your holidays in our country were great and you will visit us again. However, we insist you must review the service that you booked on Viator and only this . It is not our fault that you changed your mind and you didn't need the extra service . Perhaps if you have got the refund that you asked for , everything would be great.

The pickup point was never established unable to connect to driver for at least 30 minutes. The driver did finally meet up with us and get us to our destination safely and quickly.

This period the airport is extremely busy and if you walk for a while in the lounge it will is difficult to find the driver that has the sign with your name. Fantastic - the driver met us at the airport with our name and assisted with our bags. He got us loaded up and drove safely to the hotel. We got some insight into the towns we passed through and was happy we chose this company.

Great Airport Transfer

Smooth and easy airport transfer, there were 6 adults with 6 large suitcases and 6 carry on luggage pieces and there was plenty of room for all of us and our luggage, very nice van and driver I would definitely recommend, it made our arrival and transfer easy and without conflict… The driver was waiting with a sign for us which made it even easier….
