Dorina was an excellent & knowledgeable tour guide. She was considerate & looked after the group. She negotiated the crowds for a group & gave us lots of pictures & thoughts going back to ancient times. The tour of the museum was excellent as she took us to the important parts that related back to our tour of the Acropolis & the Parthenon

Great way to see and learn about the Acropolis, the Parthenon, history, and mythology. Selena was an outstanding guide — shared fascinating information with great energy and paced the tour and content perfectly. We got so much more out of the experience because of all that she shared. Group size was perfect. Loved having a fast track to get into the museum vs waiting in the long line.

This tour was our highlight of Athens. The tour guide always makes the difference and our guide was Aphrodite. She was so personable and knowledgeable. We had plenty of time for viewing and she kept us moving. I don't feel like we missed anything. This was a wonderful and memorable experience thanks to Aphrodite.

This was a very well run tour. Giannas was a very knowledgeable tour guide and made our trek up the acropolis easy to maneuver, with all the other tourists. It also provided historical information and viewing options to surrounding sites. Include the museum tour to associate what you just saw at the Parthenon, it brings the whole experience together. I would highly recommend this tour.

When in Athens, I highly recommend this tour. Selena, our tour guide was the best! Even though we were in a group of about 15 people, I felt like Selena was our own private tour guide. The information that she gave us was so fascinating. We were on the 4-hour walking tour. It also included a tour of the museum with our guide. When considering this tour, the museum is also a must see because many of the ancient art decorations have been preserved and displayed in the museum. That in itself, was so educational and beautiful. The walk up to the Parthenon, while moderately challenging, can also be a bit difficult because of the slippery rocks at some points on the walk. Make sure you bring water and sunscreen as directed. We were here on a beautiful sunny day in October, and we were very happy to have both. The tour was an eye-opening, up close and personal exploration of ancient Athens. Thanks to Selena for making this experience memorable. For these reasons, I highly recommend this tour.

We arrived early and luckily joined a tour quickly to avoid the heat. Our guide was an accredited archaeologist and was very personable, experienced and knowledgeable with impeccable English. We were guided through the Acropolis and The Parthenon (and the other tourists) with our guide finding spots to stop and impart information. We then went on to the impressive museum where our guide encouraged us to stay on our own after the tour to maximise our experience. 100% recommend.

We like how the activity was organized
All in time with our comfort in mind letting us making washroom visits when it was the good time and we did an early time slot
We saw many people and we can only imagine how crowded would be later
Impressive monuments that cannot be missed and very worthy the licensed guide information
Probably you still like the temple and Parthenon and the entrance to the acropolis due to its size and magestic presence but without the history and explanations it’s an empty beauty
Acropolis museum is a must visit ! The design and the layout all has been planned and we enjoyed the excavation museum included with the ticket

Lots of interesting historical information, we found it fascinating. Acropolis was busy even later in September but our guide did a good job leading us, finding spots to gather closely and provide information. Did not feel rushed, she took the time to cover all the history and let everyone take pictures. And the guidance thru the museum was good , spent about an hour with the guide then we continued on our own. She spoke English very well, easy to understand. We loved this tour and our guide was excellent.

Great licensed guide and a small group. The best of both worlds. We were in port for the day and took a taxi to the meeting place (we booked an early morning tour to beat the heat). The museum is fantastic and worth the time so be sure to get a ticket. Guide was patient and full of knowledge about the site as well as the people who built it . She was a high school teacher and knew how to deal with a group. She kept us from getting bored or overwhelmed. The Plaka neighborhood is a short walking distance from the Acropolis and has lots of shops and places to eat. Our guide gave us a great recommendation for lunch.

My guy was a wealth of information almost like an encyclopedia. He also had all kinds of folklore to go along with it and was funny as well. The museum is spectacular and is a must see! Yes, it was hot at the Acropolis but well worth it. Bring lots of water and continue to hydrate. I bought a little handheld fan and that saved me.

Our guided tour of the Acropolis and Acropolis Museum was absolutely fantastic, and a huge part of that was thanks to our guide, Bernardos. From the very beginning, his deep knowledge and passion for Greek history were clear—but what really set him apart was his great sense of humor and engaging storytelling.
He had a way of bringing ancient history to life, making the ruins and artifacts feel more like a vivid story than a history lesson. His explanations were clear, insightful, and often laced with just the right amount of wit to keep the entire group smiling and interested.
The Acropolis is stunning on its own, but having Bernardos as our guide made the experience truly special. The museum portion of the tour was just as enriching—he pointed out fascinating details we would have easily missed on our own.
Highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to explore Athens' most iconic site in a fun and informative way. Thank you, Bernardos, for such a memorable experience!

Efie was our tour guide. She is an archaeologist and was able to offer so much beyond an audio tour you might download.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of information on the Greek mythology behind the art and designs. The microphone devices allowed for privacy for the group and ease of communication for the guide. She did her best to find us ideal photo spots and provide little nuggets of info.

Lydia gave a wonderful tour with so much interesting information. The ear pieces provided were great and they made it easy to hear Lydia even while we were in very crowded and busy areas. She was very conscious of our comfort and made sure we had plenty of shade and water breaks throughout the tour. Wonderful experience!
