It was amazing experience with our guide Panos. He provided us with background knowledge on the Acropolis . He was on time and explained in detailed what to expect on this tour. We never felt rushed and always asked if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Greece.

If I could give this zero stars I would.
The guide was supposed to be English speaking. And while he was, his accent was so strong he was hard to understand. Im fine with that. I am. I get it. Im in their country not mine. But not when im paying for an English guide! He did have a lot of knowledge that he told us about (when we could understand him). Thr guide picked us up at the airport but then we sat there for over 10 minutes due to some parking pass issue. I had to pay extra for airport pick up (which i was fine with ) but they said the tour was 4.5 hours long. Getting into and out of the city took an hour each way....they ended up trying to build both things on to the tour time. Im sorry. What. When I contacted the main office about the issues they were EXTREMELY rude and terrible. They said that I was being difficult and expecting them to work for free when I never did so. I always asked how much for whatever I was asking for. But then I would pay and then they would change their itinerary and length. I kept shelling out money and did not get what was agreed upon.
The guide did more "well the office" talk then he did actual tour talk. We had toyed with the idea of extending the tour in the beginning becuase we had the extra layover time and all i did was asked the office if it was possible and then It became impossible to even enjoy our tour becuase the whole time we were getting bombarded with the office sending a million WhatsApp messages about everything when we all agreed in thr beginning that we would see at the end of the tour if time permitted. And like I said the guide talked more about the office then anything.
They made our athens day trip so extremely miserable and upsetting that it made me hate the entire day and stained Athens for me. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!! We are an extremely well traveled couple going to more then 30 countries all over the world. Self guided, private guided group guided layovers you name it we have done it. I have NEVER had an experience like this before. I spend soo much time looking and comparing for the best option and this one got me! Please. Find a reputable guide and company. Not this one! And I know that this company will probably backlash and try to argue with everything that I just said becuase they already told me they would so its expected at this point! But please trust me. This is a terrible company and I actually felt bad for the driver to have such a terrible boss.

- **Complimentary Upgrade:** Despite your party consisting of only two guests, we provided a **Mini Van with a capacity for up to 8 passengers** at no extra cost to ensure your comfort and ample space for luggage storage during the tour.
- **Tour Duration & Stops:** The agreed-upon tour duration was **4.5 hours**, starting in Athens (as clearly outlined in your booking details). However, we extended this to **7 hours**, visiting **12 different stops**, without charging you for the additional time or service.
3. **Airport Transfer & Flexibility:**
- The **airport pickup** (which you approved and paid for separately due to the 45 km distance) was handled efficiently, though unforeseen delays (e.g., parking permits) can occasionally occur.
- We also offered you a **complimentary return transfer** to accommodate your flight schedule, despite the original terms.
4. **Office Communication & Conduct:**
Our team made every effort to accommodate your requests, including exploring the possibility of extending the tour, always with clear communication about any associated costs. We regret that these well-intentioned efforts were perceived negatively.
- We must, however, address the **inappropriate language and threats** directed at our staff, which are documented in our records. While we value feedback, we expect all interactions to remain respectful.

Chris was absolutely the most knowledgeable, kindest, welcoming ambassador for us on our first day in Athens. The guided tour was the best way to go to see a large part of the cities highlights and historical landmarks with an expert, so we then knew the layout a bit for our additional days in Athens. We saw so much and Chris really spoke in detail about the history of this remarkable city. He made great suggestions of other things to see and do as well as we traveled about in his comfortable van. He has a passion for Greek history that really added to our exposure of the sights. What a great day with an exceptionally nice guide and we are most pleased.

Andreas was waiting for us upon arrival at the airport. He took us to different sites in Athens, and he explained in detail the history of Athens. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Before the trip, I was nervous about getting to the cruise port in time. Andreas calmed this fear and delivered us to the port with time to spare. Guide was ok but bot that great. Was rude to us until he realized we were nice people. Felt uneasy being with someone that was all about politics and didn't share history. Took us to shady part of town.

The staff who work for us and we as management do not separate our guests into good and bad people, our duty is to offer you the highest services and to share with you in 4 hours the beauties and the history of Athens. The discussion of political issues is prohibited by the company's regulations and in our 29 years of operation there has never been an issue with our guests.
Also, when someone is rude as you mention, he remains rude because he does not have the disposition and ability to understand if he has good or bad people and that Kind of people / employees do not work in our Company.
Also, the vehicles have GPS, we know every moment where the vehicle is, also the points where the archaeological sites are located are in the center of Athens, there are no shady spots.

Our driver, Costas, was AMAZING! He was very knowledgeable of the different locations we visited. The Changing of the Guard was not on our itinerary, but we're glad that he suggested that we make that stop. He also placed us in the right location to get the best view. what an excellent time. we had plenty of time to walk Acropolis, the museum, see the guards at prime minister house, see the city, the tomb, and have time for a great restaurant. learned so much about all of Athens and do much history was not overwhelming, have enough time.

Our guide, George, picked us up right on time at the cruise ship terminal. Turns out we were his only passengers that day. George was very knowledgeable and pointed out the sights as we drove by on our way to our first stop, the Acropolis. He dropped us off as close as he could and we proceeded on our own to explore the Acropolis Hill and the Parthenon. When we were done he was waiting for us at the same spot where we were dropped off. The day proceeded like this as we visited many sites in just a few hours. The tour included a ride to the top of one of the tall hills surrounding Athens for breath-taking views of this city of six million people. George returned us to the ship on time and even helped us get back a bag of souvenirs that we inadvertently left in his van. We were impressed with George's knowledge and his friendly demeanor that made us feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend his services to others who might have limited time, but want an efficient, comfortable tour of the highlights of Athens.
