Deserves No Stars

They claimed that they told me they were running late and that the correct car broke down. This is not the case. Because of this, I cannot get a refund. There was no AC, no water like promised, and the driver said he was doing us a courtesy for picking us up (when we already paid a lot for the ride). The car was not as promised. The driver was incredibly rude. He said if he got another call for a taxi, that he was going to leave us on the side of the road.

Do not book this unreliable service! Despite providing time pick ups the driver was very late and contacted us over half an hour past the given pick up time. The driver called and said he is still going to be late further so we decided to cancel when he said he would refund us because of his tardiness. Needless to say he did not refund our money ! Also ignoring messages despite asking several times . Stay away from this company or loose $$$

I would recommend. They had very quick responses and drop off and pickup went very smoothly. We even had an extra person at the last minute, the driver went back and forth to fit the extra person and did not charge us anything for this.
