Was waiting for us at the airport and brought the car to us. He was courteous and professional throughout. Car was clean, air conditioning was on as it was hot outside and there was bottled water waiting for us.

Company was late, they didn’t give enough info to help us meet at the right place, then we had to walk way too far to get to the car. They didn’t respond to our messages in the app. Then they tried to charge us extra when they dropped us off.

Private Transfer As Expected

Our flight was delayed over 2 hours and our original driver had picked up another group but I called the company and they had another driver there. It was a 15 min wait but we were happy. We had a group of 6 people with a lot of baggage in a private Mercedes Van. Only thing missing were some cold bottles of water. That would have been nice.

Even though he was late picking us up due to unavoidable circumstances, he made it up with great service, excellent knowledge of Athens and personal attention to our tour requests. Overall experience was positive. Driver was waiting for us at the airport lobby. He was very friendly and helped with luggage. But, the car wasn't a Mercedes as stated in the description, just a regular taxi, which from what I understand you can hire for cheaper than this service. We didn't ask, but no water was offered either.
