Our transfer from our hotel to Piraeus port was perfect. We were taking an early ferry so we arranged a 5:30 am pick-up and our driver was right on time. He was friendly and professional. We arrived early so he recommended a couple of coffee shops across the street while we waited.

The driver was nice and effective at navigating the difficult narrow streets in Greece. He just wanted to take us and called before to let us know he would be arriving in three minutes.. the driver was great, but paying twice for the same thing was not good

Car never showed… had to find taxi to get us to airport very frustrating very poor communication overall

Dear Mr. Troccoli, We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment, but your review does not accurately reflect the events. Our driver was at the pickup location at 7:00 AM sharp, which was your scheduled pickup time. You sent a message at 7:00 AM stating that you had waited 15 minutes and had left by taxi — however, that was the exact time of your confirmed pickup. In addition, we had contacted you the night before to clarify that you had booked the wrong route and rate, but unfortunately, we received no response. Despite this, our driver still arrived on time to complete your transfer. You did not attempt to call us or our office that morning; only a single SMS was received. Nevertheless, as a gesture of goodwill, we refunded you in full immediately, even though the driver was present. It’s unfortunate that we didn’t speak that morning even though you had our whatsapp and emergency contact number, but the facts show our team fulfilled their part of the service by being present at the correct meeting point to meet with you. I booked our transfer to the cruise port from our apartment in Koukaki a couple days in advance due to other services canceling on me. This car service exceeded my expectations! Our driver (can't remember his name, sorry!) showed up perfectly on time (we even ended up leaving a few minutes early) and was so kind and helpful! The car was clean and comfortable.
