Was told to be at museum at 8 it did not open until 9

Carol_B, Oct 2026

The web site and communication made it sound that we would have a guide, that it included tickets to Acropolis. I would never recommend this site. We had to wait an hour to get into the museum.

Response from Host, Oct 2026

We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the guide and ticket inclusions, as well as the long wait at the museum. We’re sorry your experience did not meet your expectations and appreciate your feedback.
