Our tour with Eveline went well. She picked us up at our hotel and walked us through central Amsterdam. We could have taken better advantage of the private tour by making a list of sites we wanted to see, but she was still able to take us to the highlights even without such a list and get us to the canal tour at the end of the tour on time.

Our very knowledgeable guide provided a well-paced tour of the Amsterdam City. At the end of the tour, she pointed out where we could get tested for boarding our cruise the next day. I would highly recommend the tour to anyone.

Despite a bit of an initial mix-up (Viator instructed us to meet our guide across from the Central Train Station in Amsterdam at the tourist information building and instructed her to meet us at our AirBnB at the appointed time so it reqiured a little detective work on our guide's part to locate and meet us - Viator, please take note),our tour was a great success. Not only did our guide have an encyclopedic knowledge of the history and cultural heritage of Amsterdam, she was very sensitve to our personal interests and crafted her tour so that is was perfect for us.

This was possibly the best walking tour we have ever taken. Our guide, Dietrich, was absolutely amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable as well as being very patient with all of our questions. The tour included a number of locations that the locals would be familiar with but would surely been overlooked by a first time visitor. Dietrich was a delight to be with and thus we will always look back on this tour with a big smile!

This was possibly one of the best walking tours we have ever taken. Our guide, Dietrich, was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and was so patience with all our questions. He showed us locations that locals would be familiar with but not the first time visitor to Amsterdam. Dietrich has a wonderful personality and he made our tour one that we will always remember with a big smile! Highly recommended.

Renate, our guide, was very friendly, informative, and considerate. She took her time to explain the history and show us around Amsterdam in a way only a local can. We had just landed a couple of hours prior and were pretty jet lagged, but she still took her time to show us everything she could that interested us. She even took us to an amazing local cheese shop and dessert shop. I highly recommend booking this tour. You will not be disappointed. Unless you go often or are with a local, it would be difficult to see or know the places she took us too. Do not hesitate to book this tour.

Danny gave us a great 4-hour tour of Amsterdam. We're able to see all of the major sites and get a great history and perspective of how Amsterdam has developed over many many years. We especially appreciated having prepaid tickets and going on a houseboat,that was a unique experience. Great job, thank you.

Robert was our amazing tour guide for a 4 hour walk on our first day in Amsterdam. Robert was energetic, knowledgeable, personable and was able to adapt our tour so that we ended at our house rental. His tour gave us a great perspective on how to navigate the city with ease for the rest of our trip. He showed us several sites that I don't think we would have found on our own for example, we walked through Central Station for a view of the water and ferry. There were four people in our group and he was able to address the interest of all of us - history, art, shopping. Overall, I would give him 6 stars if I could, but 5 will have to do. Highly recommend this as a first day activity to give you the overall idea of the City of Amsterdam.

Eveline was a wonderful tour guide. She was on time picking us up from our hotel, and then proceeded to show us around the beautiful city of Amsterdam. She had enough in her budget to shout us a cup of coffee, which was very welcome on the cold day. We want to thank Eveline for the tour, the highlight for us was the flower market. We recommend highly Eveline for a walking tour.

The tour guide met us at our hotel promptly at 9:30 am. We had an amazing day with this guide. She was knowledgeable and courteous. Walked just over 18.5 km in 4 hours. Would recommend highly.

Our first day and our guide gave us a great 4hr walking tour of Amsterdam. She first asked if there was anything in particular we wanted to see, got to know us a bit and then personalised the tour. We learned so much about the citys history, culture and the mentality. We got lucky and the weather held out and it didnt rain as predicted. Im reviewing this after having been on 2 Viator tours on this trip and I would definitely book with them again they clearly choose guides who are very good at what they do.

This was our 6th time using Viator. The first 5 tours were 5 . This one was disappointing. Though the tour guide was very pleasant, she didnt seem to have a definitive game plan for the 4 hour tour. There was also a clear lack of enthusiasm for the 4 hour walk and knowledge she imparted regarding the city was minimal. Not worth the , expected much more for a private tour.

Robert showed up right on time and gave us a very informative and enjoyable tour of the city. We had gotten into town a few hours earlier and this was an excellent orientation to the city and the history of the area.

John our tour guide was excellent! His knowledge of the city's history and enthusiasm were outstanding. Our group of six arrived in Amsterdam two days ahead of our cruise and we had the opportunity to do a little sightseeing on our own. I would suggest that you book the guided walking tour for your first day in the city. If you then have free time before you sail, take advantage to see areas not covered on the tour. The city is very walk-able but watch out for cyclists apparently bicycles in Amsterdam do not have brakes. Nor do pedestrians have the right of way.

Charlotte was our tour guide and was fantastic. Her pace matched was comfortable for us and told stories about the sites that we were seeing. She built a relationship through finding common ground with us. She recommended places to see and places to eat that were close by at the end of the tour. Her English was good. I would ask for her on any subsequent visit.

We were disappointed with our tour. It wound up just being our family of 4. Guide was nice, but we felt like we were on a tour with a family friend . We have been traveling all over the Baltics with multiple tours our guides were always prepared and enthusiastic. Guide dependent I guess
