Danielle was an incredibly knowledgeable, fun, interesting, passionate guide for the food tour. She showed us so many hidden gems and explained so much about Amsterdam, the people, history and food. Awesome Adventures

I did the trip with my sister last week on Thursday morning and we had an absolute blast! The meeting place was easy to find with the address that was provided with all the trip details. During the trip we got to Zaanse Schans early on in the morning before it got super busy, then it was onto visiting a few smaller Dutch towns and fishing communities. We were able to see not just the windmills but also some of the beautiful countryside long with a lot of historic facts and the cheese/clog making farm. The guide, Richard, was very knowledgeable and gave a lot of tips on language/pronunciation, where to grab food during free time, historic info at each location, and him and the bus driver made everyone feel welcome, safe, and ready for a great time. I would recommend this tour to anyone who is able to fit it into their schedule! The tour keeps a steady pace of walking and there is something for everyone along the way. Thank you for sharing these beautiful places with tourists and doing a wonderful job full of exciting adventures along the way!

The Flagship Luxury Canal Cruise was easily one of the highlights of our weekend in Amsterdam, after the World Rowing Championships of course! 😂 Myself, my boyfriend and two friends had such a great time. The unlimited drinks and cheese were a huge bonus, and Amaris and Luca were fantastic hosts — so attentive and never let our glasses get empty! The history and stories about the area were really interesting, and the whole trip was relaxed, fun and enjoyable from start to finish. Would absolutely recommend this cruise, especially with Luca and Amaris as your hosts such a brilliant experience! 🍷🧀🚤

Great experience

It was a great experience. The travel guide was very informative. The captain was great. It was relaxing. The cheese and wine was awesome. I thought I was gerting on one of the smaller boats with the beautiful orange amd yellow flowers but it wasn't. However, it was fun and the outside view made it all worth it. Really Great!

Our tour guide, Mike, was fabulous! We visited wonderful sites for this tasting tour, beyond what we expected, everything unique to Amsterdam. We tried herring, Dutch mini pancakes, cod, the Amsterdam fries with yummy sauces, delicious “Dutch” apple pie and wonderful cheese. With tons of history thrown in as well. Lovely tour

Great tour The tour guide knew her stuff and she was very funny. They were even able to get me on another earlier Canal boat tour which was fabulous. It was a gorgeous day for it. The only negative was they couldn’t bring my window down so I couldn’t get great shots through the glass, but other than that, it was fantastic.

Yummy Amsterdam

Abby was a great guide, enthusiastic and fun. We went to local places and all the food was great. I liked the cheeses the most and my husband loved the sausage and herring. The surprise dessert of French toast and coffee ice cream was a delight. I highly recommend a Sherpa tour!
