Really liked this cruise. Was better than I was expecting. Please note that they do not accept cash on the boat, only cards. Luckily we had both on us anyway, but would’ve been handy to know in advance so you can go prepared. Would do this cruise again

Very disappointing - unless they pick up their game it is not worth a cent. The picture is misleading and if it was not for some of the homes along the canal decorated for Christmas, there were only about 4 artistic light arrangements to speak of. They need to come and see Vivid in Sydney to see what can be done!

Not great. The boat was steamy so couldn't see much, and the guide (Rene) didn't speak English clearly. It was hard to understand what he was saying and his voice was boring. Mixed with the fact we couldn't see much, this me for a very boring boat ride.
Also the driver crashed the boat 3 times...

My third year doing this canal boat light festival cruise, the light installations this year were disappointing, lacking imagination, colour and were boring in comparison to previous years. Not only our opinion, when other passengers talked louder than the lovely guide it speaks for itself!

This was a beautiful way to see Amsterdam canals by night. The tour itself was a little lacking. I feel there could have been more information about Amsterdam included, but it was ok.

It was incredible to discover the hidden gems as we floated along the rivers of Amsterdam. The lights were festive, magical and entertaining. It was a unique way to see Amsterdam.

The tour of the lights at night were great. Wish we could have had a boat with only people of the same language so the narrative could have been more in depth rather than sharing it back and forth between two different languages.

Got there early to secure a window seat but was ushered to an aisle seat despite there being loads of window seats still available. Was raining obviously not their fault so visibility was poor.

Recibí una oferta de Viator ofreciéndome el paseo por el canal con las bebidas incluidas y cuando llegamos al crucero no estaban incluidas y el barco tampoco tenía bar a bordo.

Cuando llegamos vimos que el barco estaba saturado de gente, te dan unos auriculares y como te toque al borde de la mesa (pasillo) es imposible ir escuchando explicación. La gente se sale del barco para intentar ver mejor las luces. Hay 4 luces mal contadas por los canales. Sin duda para mi fue el peor tour que he realizado en Amsterdam. Si me pregunta la gente no pierdas tu dinero y tu tiempo. Lo siento.

Si Amsterdam ya es muy bonita de noche, el Festival de la Luz te sorprende en cada giro de cada canal. El único problema es que no tienen locución en castellano.
