Fantastic !

Our trip lasted about 13 hours. First, our guide gathered everyone – eight people in total. Our guide, Malo, is a very interesting character with a rich biography – a 23-year-old Canadian who has traveled throughout Europe and the USA, now settled in Alaska for a while. We traveled by bus and made many stops. The first was at the Alyeska Pipeline Viewing Point, a site dedicated to the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System. The official beginning of the Dalton Highway is the James Dalton Highway sign, often called the "Haul Road." The sign is located at the beginning of the road, about 80 miles north of Fairbanks. We also stopped at viewpoints, finally at the Yukon River – the largest river in the American Northwest. The river is wide, and its waters have a characteristic murky, brownish tint resulting from glacial deposits. There's a small shop and a pub in the Yukon, where we ordered food for lunch, which we ate on the way back. We also had a chat with a ranger. Then we stopped at Finger Rock for a short walk. And finally, the magical Arctic Circle – a marker where we took photos. The trip, although long, wasn't tiring; our guide took plenty of breaks and was very friendly, kind, and had a wealth of knowledge to share with us.

Good trip Ezra was an excellent guide, food was ok. Lunch meat sandwich (added cost) dinner Salmon burger with sweet potato fries(added cost) be ready for rough road as dalton highway is gravel. Stopped every couple hours for a break, brought our own snacks and beverages to have while driving. About a 14 hour day round trip. Good group we travelled with good equipment would definitely recommend

This Heart of Fairbanks tour was excellent. We were picked up at our hotel promptly as promised. The rainy day didn't deter us from visiting 2 local museums, Pioneer Park and North Pole AK. Our driver kept up an informative narrative throughout the tour. He adjusted the tour destinations to maximize the outside time when it was not raining. Great way to see Fairbanks.

A memory to be cheeished

Kevin and John picked us up from the Riverboat terminal. I was a bit skeptical if the longish (1 hour) trip will be worth it but it was worth every cent I paid! John was wonderful in every respect. Ice museum (and a Appletini at the ice bar) will be a cherished memory and so will be the hot spring. This is in summer … I want live to experience it in winter too!

We saw the aurora for the first time and also got to really enjoy it. We got to enjoy it because you don’t have to worry about taking photos because they will do it for you. Amazing tour! Best chance to see the Northern lights with photos!!

These guys are experts!! They took us to a great place for viewing the Northern lights near Birch Lake. They took professional photos, and provided several heated areas to hang out to warm up when it got too cold. We would not have been able to see the Northern lights as vividly or at all without this tour. We tried. We highly recommend this tour!!! I also wanted to say that we had a lot of trouble making it to our tour due to mechanical issues with our first airplane, leading us to be re-routed through Portland and Anchorage. Nicole was absolutely wonderful about working with us to help us join the tour. It also happened to be the best viewing during our entire stay. We are very thankful. This tour was wonderful and the guides are nice people.

Surreal and amazing experience

One of the most surreal and magical experiences of our lives! I took my daughter to Fairbanks to see the northern lights, and by a miracle we saw an amazing aurora! Our guide was awesome and took us to multiple locations, and we were able to end our night after just 3 hours because we saw such great lights so quickly! Do not miss this one!

This was an incredible excursion and an absolute MUST if you're visiting Fairbanks! We had dinner at the on‑site restaurant; the standout dish by far was the Clam Chowder (so delicious!)—the rest of the menu was just okay. But the Hot Springs? Absolutely AMAZING. Some of our best photos from the entire trip came from capturing the auroras at Chena Hot Springs and even on the drive back to the lodge. It was such a magical experience. If you’re in Fairbanks, do not skip this. 10/10 recommend!

Absolute once in a life time experience. As mesmerizing the Aurora and Arctic circle were, I wanted to give a shout out to our guide and tour operators Sultan. He was very resourceful and courteous and professional to the core and shared a passion for the main elements of the tour. Let me highlight what I liked about him 1. Was able to quickly accommodate changes when a couple of family members arrived late due to missed flight connections 2 . Gave very good directions up front via text message on what to bring and what to expect 3. Was very patient, without hurrying. made extra stops to enjoy the Aurora and almost allowed 1-2 hours extra because the Aurora watching was too good 4.
