Great walk and easy to use if you just follow the bouncing ball = clear instructions provided including contact details. The negative reviews are unfair and of the ‘gee, I didn’t get to ride a unicorn’ type of critic. You can do it virtually if your legs or the weather give out. Great initiative and entrepreneurship!

This app is incredibly frustrating. We even had a map to use and never found the burrow alley and spent too much time looking for it and finally gave up. It was a waste of our time with only a few days in Santa Fe. The app needs a back button so you can re-hear directions. My husband’s app quit working in the middle of the tour and we had to spend time trying to figure out how to get it back and had to call the owner. It eats up an incredible amount of battery-mine was almost dead when we gave up. I’m very unhappy that we wasted so much time trying to follow this app.

Excellent tour with lots of historical facts. Loved being able to explore at my own pace and pause the talking to take my time observing everything. Highly recommend this way to see Santa Fe.

The tour was easy to follow, a good overall length, and provided lots of interesting details about the history and culture of Santa Fe. The production was very professional, and the narrator was engaging and added some local southwestern flair. Would recommend to anyone looking for a low-cost, go at your own pace tour of the Santa Fe plaza area. Best enjoyed with headphones or a small bluetooth speaker, as it’s a lively area with a lot of background noise, and your cell phone speaker may be a strain to hear.

It was a very extensive tour and pretty easy to follow. It said it was a hour to hour and a half but it took us 3 hours. It ended quite a ways from the start. I would suggest ending near the start.

I could not figure out how to start the tour. I tried calling the operator but the mailbox was full. I tried starting an online chat, but no response. I don’t know what Walkntour has to do with the aviator tour I booked. Money wasted.

It’s very easy to use and great at knowing when you can pause and restart. GPS navigation is an added bonus.
Be sure to bring a backup battery charger and a pair of AirPods so you can share.

I would highly recommend this walking tour. I was in Santa Fe for a couple of days and was absolutely taken by the place and the locals. Knowing the historical significance of the place, I was keen to learn more, and this curiosity led me to this walking tour. I was a solo traveller and the nature of the guided tour via the app and a pair of headphones suited me perfectly. Not only does the tour point out landmarks of significance, but I was also able to pause whenever a particular place took my fancy and allowed me to explore further. Afterwards, I could easily continue the tour from where I left off. The tech aspects were easy to use, the stories of the landmarks varied and interesting, and the cost was very affordable. Give yourself plenty of time to be able to take in the sites to explore and you won't be disappointed.

Would Iike in the instructions to state when you buy multiple tickets each persons needs to have an account on walk tour and can use the same experience code. Tour was only 1 hr. And only did the church’s. Sometimes narrator was hard to understand.
