Float over Phoenix and the Sonoran Desert in a comfortable and spacious hot-air balloon with an FAA-certified pilot. Depart before daybreak to get incredible views of the desert landscape during sunrise and be a part of the action as the balloon is inflated. We meet in the Safeway Grocery Store parking lot located at 4005 E Chandler Blvd, Phoenix, AZ 85048. Look for our two vans ( License plates BALOON1 & BALOON2) in the lot near the Circle K and Firestone AutoCare. Check-in begins 15 minutes prior to tour time. Do not be late! We can't wait for you

This experience was absolutely unforgettable. Watching the sunrise from the hot air balloon was peaceful, beautiful, and something I will remember forever. The whole team was professional and made the experience feel safe and exciting at the same time.
I also want to give a special thank you to Joshua. Even though he wasn’t the pilot of our balloon, he went out of his way to help me and was incredibly kind throughout the experience. After my trip, I accidentally left my car keys in Arizona, and Joshua went out of his way to pick them up from New River, bring them to Phoenix, and mail them back to me in Virginia. That level of kindness and effort meant so much to me.
I truly appreciate the hospitality and the amazing experience. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone visiting Arizona.

Our experience was amazing and SO worth the early wake up call! We were excited for our ride and it still managed to exceed our expectations! The crew was so friendly and our pilot was knowledgeable and made the experience feel safe and fun! Bonus points for the champagne celebration at the end!

Just book it! The captain, Mike P and Earl were phenomenal!!!! I would totally recommend this experience to anyone, and how many times can you say I flew in the largest hot air balloon in the USA! Like omg, the breakfast and champagne was great as well as the drive there. They were kind and SO attentive! Worth every penny!

At age 80 I went on first hot air balloon ride on 05/22/26. The pilot was experienced, professional, knowledgeable, ant friendly. The crew members provided excellent support, including taking pictures. It was a great experience.

The experience was seamless from beginning to end. The drivers at the pickup were there on-time. As soon as we reached the boat, we were in the air within 30 min. The pilot, Scott, was amazing. He explained the hot air balloon process throughout the whole ride and described the scenery. The landing was also exactly as he described and safe. The closing ceremony, breakfast and champagne were the icing on the cake. I would it again!

The staff was friendly and helpful that was great considering how early it was and people were probably running on little sleep. The pilot was experienced and that made all the difference on the day I went. He got us up and back on the ground smoothly. It was a great experience, that I am glad I did at least once.

Experience was great! Scott, our pilot, gave a wonderful running commentary about the landscape, plant life, and wildlife. The entire crew was friendly and professional. The post flight ceremony was touching, informative and humorous. We definitely plan to do it again with this same company!

The sunrise hot air balloon flight was an amazing experience. A bit nervous at 1st, but once the crew started filling the balloon excitement took over. The slow take off was smooth and soon we were floating a couple thousand feet above the dessert.
My wife really enjoyed her birthday surprise.
I have to admit that the crew made this flight an unforgettable experience. Kudos!

The crew did an excellent job managing the huge balloon and keeping everything on time. Earl and Scott were great, very knowledgeable and informative. Breakfast was good and the ability to purchase keepsakes was a nice touch.
