Leo our guide was amazing. Really friendly, knowledgeable and such a great photographer. He gave us a vast amount of knowledge about the park, answered all our questions and told us about all the best photo spots. Loved this tour the best way to experience Central Park in the sunshine with a beautiful breeze as your driven along comfortably. Really worth the cost. If you’d struggle to walk through the length and breadth of the park on foot then this is a must.

Our pedi-cab driver was very friendly and helpful, he took lots of great photos for us, and pointed a lot of interesting facts about New York and the park! Next time we will do the 2 hour ride!!

Victor was a great pedicab tour guide! He was very knowledgeable about the park. He took his time to tell you the history. He took pictures of the riders at various famous locations. Well worth the time and money.

Great way to see the park and give your feet a much needed break. Our guide, Alexander, was very knowledgeable and took some great pics of me and my daughter at the stops. Highly recommended!

Avoid at all costs! Contacted them the day before to see if we could change the day or time by an hour as I had booked the wrong day in error. No response to the 3 messages! Rude driver rang me to ask where I was and when I explained he didn't want to know & was so rude. Avoid, spend your money with other companies who care! There's lots of other companies the phone number viator gave me didn't ring.
Btw, we wasn't after a refund, or anything for free, if they had said it would cost us $100 to change we would of changed! Worst company we have used through viator

The guides recalled that they waited for your group as you come late, but they remembered the more important, that you guys have fun! and for the rest of the mishaps, sorry to heard that! Cancellations are only allowed 24hrs prior to the tour.

We loved this tour! Our guide was funny, informative and in high spirits throughout. He gave us lots of details and information on everything and included recommendations on where to eat, shop and sight see. We were warm and comfortable despite the cold weather and we got great photos thanks to his patience and knowledge of the area.
I think the guide would make the tour so if you’re lucky enough to get ours, you’d be winning!

Very interesting, fun and informative. Pedicab was clean and had vinyl coverings as needed for rain. Pleasant driver with a sense of humor who had reference material to show us.

Best one hour tour …driver got us around Central Park in an hour and we stopped more than a few times to take photos. Pedicab driver mentioned many facts as we toured. Very relaxing not rushed and just a great time seeing the beautiful park!

Terrible experience. Terrible. My reservation was cancelled twice by Viator. When I booked a third time all seemed well. Upon arriving to actually take our tours, the operator said he did not see my name or reservation. I offered to provide the booking number, confirmation number, and a screenshot of the receipt and order and he just repeated “I don’t need it”. Now I have to wait on these people to give me a refund or for my credit card company to process my dispute- which ever happens first.
