Start your Wild West horseback riding tour with morning pickup from select Las Vegas Strip hotels. Relax during the drive to the horse ranch in Moapa.
While professional wranglers prepare the horses for the trail ride, take in the serenity of the majestic surroundings, where red rock mountains and desert meet. You are paired with a tame horse that is well-suited to your skill level.
With just a small group for company, set off and follow the same horse trails once used by some of the most infamous outlaws of the American West. (Note that this is a single-file trail ride; due to safety regulations, galloping the horses is not permitted.)
Keep your camera on hand to capture photos of grazing cattle and, if you have a keen eye, spot bighorn sheep, roadrunners, and jackrabbits scuttling through the brush.
After your horseback ride, dine on an authentic Western-style breakfast, with vegetarian options available. Return to your hotel on the Strip with plenty of time left in the day to experience more of Vegas.

This was an incredible experience, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The horses were beautiful and the route was so peaceful and surreal. I would highly recommend especially if it’s your first time horse riding. We also got to meet and hold the other animals on the ranch and the food and refreshments were lovely.

We had a great trip with calm, well-trained horses. I really appreciated that they provided two bottles of water per person and kept reminding everyone to stay hydrated so no one would get sick from the heat.
Breakfast was good, too. Definitely recommend!

Denny the driver and cook was awesome as were Hector and Chita (sorry if I misspelled) the ranch hands and guides. They are all very knowledgeable in their respective roles and were a lot of fun. The ride on the old Spanish Trail was amazing and this is an actual working ranch. I highly highly recommend doing this breakfast ride and maybe when it’s cooler, their sunset dinner ride as well. They all provided excellent service and the food was good ( Denny even had the vegetarian sausage for me), so please remember to take care of them (bring cash to tip. Now giddy up y’all get out the casinos for a minute and enjoy what other hidden gems my lovely city (yep I’m a local playing tourist which I frequently do lol) has to offer. casear was absolutely AMAZING. he was very informative about how to ride the horses. he was also very enthusiastic about taking pictures I asked several times and he put the effort in to make sure i left with pictures i’d love. we also had time to interact with other farm animals and feed them they were all very friendly. i miss the farm already and ive only been gone a few hours

Beautiful scenery from the helicopter in a short time frame and the horseback ride was just as scenic! I did feel a bit nickel and dimed at the ranch, I was asked upon arrival if I wanted something to drink with my prepaid lunch and I said a lemonade and my daughter a cola and before we left they came after me and said I owed $10 for those drinks, which was annoying considering the great expense of it all. And the transportation back we had to wait which shouldn't happen

Amazing! Caesar and Don were great hosts. The walk was peaceful and at first I was really nervous but Caesar being the great teacher he is talked me and others through all of the things. The baby goats were adorable my horse Sparkles was good too.

This was a great way to spend a morning in Vegas, pick up at 6.15am and drop back at hotel by 11am so plenty of time to enjoy the rest of the day. A nice drive to the ranch, over 1hr riding the horses and back to the ranch again for breakfast cook up. Some short free time afterwards to see the ranch animals, take photos, and have a lasso lesson.

It was a really great experience! I've done a couple horeseback riding options in various states/countries. I booked last minute and they confirmed right away and got me settled and got my pick up location. Its a close 50ish minute ride from the Strip. We got there and went through some safety and then enjoyed a great hour and half ride through the ranch seeing the landscape and wildlife. The horses were lovely and pretty much do all the work ;P BREAKFAST was amazing - very filling and great after the ride! It does get HOT especially now that it's summer so do listen when they say wear jeans and maybe bring a hat - or buy a cowboy hat from them for an extra $20! All the people were friendly and we even got to pet some baby goats!

The gentleman that took us to our destination was not a very good driver. Almost got into an accident because he was driving to fast and seemed like he didn't know where he was going. Did not feel very safe at all.
Our trail ride experience was great. Like how our tour guide talked with us and made conversation through out the tour.

So much fun!
The guide - sorry I forgot the gentleman's name - was so personable and his outdoor cooking breakfast reminded us of our Girl Scout days!
The horseback riding was so relaxing. All horses and dogs were pros, they made the whole trip feel so safe and enjoyable!

The guides love their animals (horses, dogs and goats). More importantly the animals love them. They listened to their customers and were very positive, kind and quiet spoken. They created a calm ride. I would absolutely recommend them.

An amazing 1 and an half hour’s experience travelling one on one with a horse. Guide at the back and front. Through the Nevada desert. Looking ant the mountains , rivers and llama’s. Amazing ranch, saw lots of goats and cows. Abd ended the day with a tutorial in Lasso throwing. Really a truly wonderful experience.

Wow what a special day. From getting picked up from our hotel, the driver Denny was so friendly and very informative. All the staff at the ranch were so lovely, constantly checking up on you out on the ride and taking lots of photos on your own phones for you. You’re out on the horses about an hour and half, which we found the first morning ride was just the right temperature weather wise. The breakfast was lovely, my picky partner even cleaned the plate! We held baby goats and were shown how to lasso before having some group photos, would highly recommend was a highlight of our holiday.

It was enjoyable, but felt a bit disappointing. The ride is not very long, and the trail guide doesn't really add any info about the geography or landscape or plants, etc. The breakfast was fine.

A great way to spend five hours off the Vegas strip. A real friendly bunch at Desert Breeze ranch did everything they could to look after you and ensure you gained the most from the experience. Fantastic views, fun laughter and tasty food. Made to feel like a little family in your group of strangers. Suited horses to your ability and easy for non riders as well as experienced. If you just wanna go riding pretty flat at slow pace this is the perfect ride for beginners and kids. They have some goats ,sheep, dogs and calves you can pet. Breakfast was good and filling when you got back my eggs were still warm. It’s not fancy but will fill the need if ya just want easy ride.

It was all good. However the cow’s eyes were seeping and it also had a couple sores on him which then attracted many flies. I hope they get him vet attention.
