I planned a trip for my boyfriend’s birthday and 2 years sober. He’s a two wheels guy but had an absolute blast on the snowmobile! Our guide Brad was probably the best guide we could have ever had!! 10/10 highly recommended if your visiting Tahoe in the winter! Great views, fantastic people! All around wonderful time. Thank you!

Everything went well for us. Snowmobile guide and bus driver were great. Snow was a bit slushy but no one can control that.

Dress in appropriate gear, Be on time for pick up.
Bus makes multiple stops, so plan accordingly. You're guide deserves a tip so take cash

What an amazing time. The snowmobiles were fun and guides were great, stopping at couple scenic points for pics. We were contemplating skiing but did the snowmobiles instead because everyone in our party could do it - and lots of fun!!

This was a great experience. We got picked up from the Villages at Heavenly and it was about a 40 min bus ride to the trail head. We had a great time and our tour guide was great. Great spot to stop for photos and the guide was willing to take everyone's photos and were very knowledgeable of the area.

It’s unforgettable adventure! The staff were friendly, professional, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe before heading out. The ride itself was breathtaking! Cruising through the snow trails and stunning winter scenery were incredibly beautiful. I would highly recommend this activity to anyone looking for a fun and memorable winter experience.

Very disappointed by the customer service. My family was excited to experience the snowmobile so we booked the tour on our last full day..I booked this tour and signed up to be picked up at my hotel. I sent messages the day before to confirm the time and never received a reply. I called Viator and the representative advised that the bus should pick me up 90 minutes to 120 minutes before the tour start time. My family and I wasted two hours waiting for the bus to pick us up…they tour operator would not answer the phone nor respond to email and chat messages. I called Viator and the company would not respond to the representative from Viator. I decided to uber to the location after it was suggested by the Viator representative…
Upon arrival I found that although they had my hotel on the list as a pickup location they no longer pickup at my hotel. Needless to say we were very disappointed because we wanted to experience the snowmobile.
They just said sorry and offered us a ride back to the hotel and an event on the water later in the day..
Our last day was spoiled because of their poor communication, failure to update their system and poor customer service.

The snowmobiling was awesome. Olex was a great guide. The only negative is that we were told no two rider trips were available so we paid for two machines. When we got there all the machines were two person, so we paid $480 for what should have cost $280 for a single machine with dual riders. My wife didn’t want to drive, so she just rode with me.

Actual ride and guide was very good. Extremely busy - where safety felt compromised. Being asked to arrive 90 minutes early to fill out a one page form and pick up a helmet was such a waste. Thankfully we brought lunch so just ate in our car. Communication at headquarters was poor. Overall the trip was fun.
