Wonderful trip out on the water. Crew was great, and it’s a nice, easy way to see the reef. In addition to coral, we saw a cuda, shark, and turtles plus lots of fish.
Response from Host, Aug 2026
Thank you for the wonderful rating and review we are so glad you enjoyed your trip with us!
John_Z, Jul 2026
Very good easy going experience. Tour guides were very knowledgeable about the reef and we're able to identify many fish species for us.

The trip it self was nice and the ones that did the tour was very nice people. It was our first time going on a boat tour. As for me I enjoyed it until we started getting to the location there was lots of waves and very rocky and the boat stop for me thatpart was horrible I felt really bad I did take a motion pill before leaving but it didn't work for me my kids did enjoy it. Got see see alot of cools things. I didn't get to see it and they didn't even take pictures lol. Everyone was very nice checking on the people that got out and went to the top to get fresh air because they where feeling bad too. The part that my kids enjoyed it was enough for me to do it again. Thanks for the trip!
Response from Host, Jul 2026
Thank you for the great rating sorry you did not fully enjoy the trip.

It can get bumpy/ wavy in the way there. greT crew! Friendly crew! Nice air conditioner Salon. Drinks and soda available topside
Response from Host, Jul 2026
Sorry for the bumps, glad you enjoyed the crews' hospitality, the snack bar and air conditioning!
Natalie_G, Jul 2026
If you ate looking to find out more about the teef and not looking for underwater animals, it is good. Otherwise you will be disappointed, because all you see is coral and a few fish. The narrator did a good job explaining all about the reef though.
Response from Host, Jul 2026
Natalle, the trip is meant to show you nature in action the fish are not in tanks they are free swimming, unfortunately you must have been on a trip with little activity on the reef. As we cannot control what fish or other species will be out and about each and every trip is different. Sorry if the trip failed to meet your expectations.
Stephanie_F, Jul 2026
It's a fun time, crew is very knowledgeable of the area! Great thing to do with your family! Maybe bring something for nausea if you're prone to motion sickness!
Response from Host, Jul 2026
Thank you for the great review and great tip as we are a boat on the open ocean and are subject to the motions of the ocean.
Nina_S, Jul 2026
It’s a little over 2 hours. Great trip. Beautiful water. Knowledgeable tour guide of the coral reefs- very interesting.
Response from Host, Jul 2026
Nina, Thank you for the great rating and review glad we could keep you interested.
Marvin_D, Jul 2026
Need to know water conditions before going out. 3/4 of the people got motion sickness as the boat once it stopped over the reef continuously rocked and bobbed. Couldn’t even look down to see the reef, not clear just murky. The guide was informative, but couldn’t really absorb what she was saying.
Response from Host, Jul 2026
Sorry the trip failed to meet your expectations
Jim_M, Jul 2026
Great tour guide. Very knowledgeable and well spoken!! Have the name for every fish we saw and each different coral.
Response from Host, Jul 2026

Tamarie_W, Jun 2026

Thank you for the awesome review, glad you enjoyed your voyage with us!
Michelle_J, Jun 2026
It was good but wish it was longer on the reef to see more. A lot of travel but not a lot of time seeing in the glass bottom boat part.
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Thank you for taking the time to review your experience with us, we have found in our 30+ years of doing this thirty minutes is all most people can stand looking through the bottom on a calm day it seems too short but on a rough it is too long.
Andreina_M, Jun 2026
Relaxing and fun boat ride with kind and knowledgeable crew. A great opportunity to see wildlife on the reef
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Glad you felt relaxed during your voyage with us.
Marcus_J, Jun 2026
We enjoyed the information provided while viewing the coral reefs and seeing ship wreckage. The changing of the water as we approached the reef was pretty cool also.
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Thank you for the "Pretty Cool" review we are glad you enjoyed your voyage with us!
Eric_N, Jun 2026
The crew was awesome. They were knowledgeable and friendly and made a great mango smoothie. My only gripe is the shortness of the trip. Minus the time enroute and the return time, we didn't have much time at the reef.
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Eric, thank you for taking the time to review your trip with us. As far as the duration of the time spent over the reef on an average day 30 minutes is about how long our average passenger can enjoy looking through the bottom of the boat on a calm day it seems like a short duration on a rough day it is way too long a duration but on a average day it is just right. Its taken us a long time to try and balance passenger comfort with our trip duration and while no solution was a 100% we think we found a happy medium.
Christel_K, Jun 2026
Way way way too wavy. I’m guessing they can’t predict it but the area seems like a very choppy reeef
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Sorry Mother Nature and King Neptune were not getting along the time of your voyage, we do try to provide the most accurate Sea condition at time of departure, but sometimes we are surprised by the conditions.
Susan_C, Jun 2026
Great time, we had Dolphins playing in the waves from the boat alsosaw green turtles. The water wasa bit choppy and that was a lot of fun for me, but for anyone prone to motion sickness take your dramamine before you leave. Great staff and very helpful.
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Susan glad to hear you had fun, and thank you for the tip to future travelers!
Sima_P, Jun 2026
We did not enjoy it. It was ok for the money spent. Crew was nice but overall it is not upto the hype

Sorry we did not meet your expectations.
christine_w, Jun 2026
The excursion was wonderful. Staff and crew very nice and knowledgeable. Did not see a lot of wild life but the glass boat made the adventure better.

Be ready for potential sea sickness while floating over the reef. Out your guide was very knowledgeable about the marine life, the reef, and dangers we as humans pose.
Response from Host, May 2026
Thank you for the informative review and rating we are glad that you enjoyed your trip with us.
Kevin_L, May 2026
Amazing adventure out to the Coral Reef , so much information and history . Beautiful colours and lots of fish , even saw a turtle!
Take sea sick tablets before you go though .. just in case , it did get choppy out there !!
Response from Host, May 2026
Kevin, thank you for your amazing review, plus the tip to future guest.
Geri_M, May 2026
Nice weather Fascinated with seeing coral reef. Wished the glass bottom boat moved slowly to view fish and sea life. I would have preferred a history of coral reef rather than a lecture on how it is being destroyed by environmental impact and laws to protect. That is why I gave 4 stars. The boat was exceptionally clean modern air conditioned..
Response from Host, May 2026
Geri, thank you for nice review, I am sorry that we have switched up the narration to be more educational about environmental conditions but we do keep some of the history elements of the reef in the narration, glad you found the boat clean and enjoyed the air conditioning.
Vincent_Z, May 2026
Very nice boat, great experience, saw an eel, several people got seasick, it was rough that day. The guide was great, very experienced.

This is good for family and it is a nice experience, a lot of fun if you get motion sickness take the pill, as soon as you get on the boat
Response from Host, May 2026
Daine, thank you for the nice review glad that you and your family had fun.
Kenneth_W, May 2026
This was a tour of a local reef via a glass-bottom boat. We saw several different species of fish, as well as a shark and sting ray. On the trip out to the reef from the marina, we also saw manatees, a school of dolphins, and a sea turtle (on the return trip). The sea was rough on our particular day, which did make it hard to see clearly through the glass bottom. If you are prone to motion sickness, heed the crew's recommendation to take your motion sickness medication prior to leaving the marina. Also, the crew were very friendly and knowledgeable about the trip.
I thought the reef would be closer to shore than it was (I'd say it was 5 or 6 miles offshore), so the two hour tour required an hour and a half just to get to and from the reef. That left us with only 30 minutes looking through the glass bottom while over the reef. But considering how rough it was at the reef the day we went, that ended up being more than enough time. All in all, two thumbs up.
Response from Host, May 2026
Thank you for rating our trip, sorry the conditions the day of your trip were not Chamber of Commerce but we deal with nature in action, thanks for the thumbs!
Debra_F, May 2026
We went on a day when it was pretty windy. There is lots of room to sit inside, not so many places to sit upstairs. Crew was great! Very knowledgeable and helpful. We enjoyed it.
Response from Host, May 2026
Debra thank you for the nice rating sorry that Mother Nature and King Neptune were not getting along, but when you deal with Nature in action you never know what your going to get
Christina_R, May 2026
The crew was great we got ti see a sea turtle out in the deep swimming by us and Nerf shark in the bay and a lot of fish and coral at the reef. The fish guide was very informative. Staff super friendly and knowledgeable about the alligator reef lighthouse. Great time thanks.
Response from Host, May 2026
