- Admission Fee - Arriving over 10 mins late incurs a $5 fee. Tours may start on time; late arrival doesn’t guarantee participation. Plan accordingly.
- Over weight limitI confirm I am under the 325 lb seat limit. If an extra seat is needed, I may add it now or must purchase on-site at check-in.
- Public transportationRides run rain or shine. Severe weather may delay/cancel; reschedule or 12-mo rain check offered. No cash refunds. Dress for all conditions.

Very disappointed with this party truck experience. We started late, only made two stops, and were limited to about 30 minutes at each location. For the price, I expected much more.
The driver was unengaging, and the overall experience felt lackluster. Unfortunately, it was not worth the money, and I would not book again.

We were not able to do the party truck due to weather conditions, at the time we booked for the truck, which was 9pm it was not raining anymore, the rain had stopped for a few hours by then, very upsetting, we couldn't get the full Houston experience.

Thank you for your feedback. We truly understand your disappointment, as we always want our guests to experience the full energy and vibe of Houston through Kulture Rides.
For safety reasons, we monitor weather conditions closely throughout the day, not just at the scheduled ride time. Although the rain had stopped by 9 PM, earlier weather conditions left roads and surfaces unsafe for operating an open air ride experience. Safety for our guests, drivers, and staff will always remain our top priority.
As outlined in our policy, weather related ride adjustments or cancellations are communicated in advance, and we did send our customary updates both that morning and again a few hours prior to your scheduled experience. A full refund was issued from Viator as well.
We genuinely appreciate you choosing to ride with us and hope you will give us another opportunity to provide the full Houston experience under better weather conditions.

The trip was canceled without notifying the guests. It was a 25 minute drive to the meeting place and no one was there. The business was closed 10 minutes prior to the start time.

We want to clarify that the we were open at the scheduled time and the ride was not cancelled on our end, and Viator had been notified that we were operating as planned. Unfortunately, the front gate was accidentally locked due to the automatic locking feature.
The studio lights were on and the Open sign was visible, but we understand how this created confusion. We received the cancellation notice from Viator and immediately made them aware of the situation.
We sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding and any inconvenience this may have caused. We appreciate your understanding and the opportunity to address this. Give us a call at our main line so we can make it right. 832-736-0639

We booked this tour with high hopes, but unfortunately we were unable to complete it due to extreme rain. The conditions made it unsafe and not enjoyable. While I understand that weather is out of anyone’s control, there was no clear communication or accommodation offered in light of the circumstances. For the cost of the tour, I would have expected either a refund or the option to reschedule, but neither was provided.
Very disappointing experience overall. I hope the company improves how they handle situations like this in the future so that guests don’t feel like they’ve wasted both time and money.

I’m very upset, I had family here for the weekend. We was all set ready to go when they cancel literally a hour before pick up. I understand things happen but I also feel they knew ahead of time if they were having issues with their truck. Very disappointed

Awesome Awesome experience with 2 bar/lounge stops so no need to eat prior to going. The vibe was everything. DJ Bread knew his assignment. South Carolina is still the original south but Houston is always invited to the cookout. we loved the experience!!! 5 star hands down!!!!

We didn't really like being at the clubs for 30 minutes at a time. We liked riding in the party truck and clowning with the crowds of people more.

Hi! It's a two hour tour and it's BYOB. You can bring on your own drinks and snacks, or purchase the sip bundle for water, cups and ice. We're sorry your experience was not memorable.

The only thing I remember about this tour was that it was terrible- they didn’t come on time - we didn’t do anything in the description except for stopping at the Tipsy bar and a bakery smh - I had people come from different states for this activity and it was horrible

We did try to make the best of the situation by ensuring the actual ride was lively, but we understand sometimes things happen.
