HORRIBLE. Heartless employees/management

HORRIBLE experience!!!! My family and I were visiting the town and our vehicle broke down on the side of the highway the morning of our escape room visit. I literally called them right away to let them know we need to cancel (6 hours early so they could sell our tickets to someone else) and was told that we would not be refunded since we didn’t cancel 24-hrs in advance. As we were standing on the side of a highway waiting for a tow truck and trying to find a ride back to our AirBB!!!!! Can you believe that?? They would not budge. Also asked to speak to a supervisor and was told “they will tell you the same thing I just did”. Heartless employees!!!! Needless to say I will ensure none of my family and friends ever give a dime to this place. Flushed away $130!
