An Outstanding Dallas Tour Thanks to Kenny!

ZyraAnn_B, Jul 2026
Our Hop-On Hop-Off tour in Dallas was an absolutely wonderful experience, and a big part of that was our tour guide, Kenny. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the tour both fun and informative by sharing interesting facts and stories about the city. Despite the hot Texas weather, Kenny went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable. He provided cold bottled water and handheld fans, which were such thoughtful touches and made a huge difference throughout the tour. What impressed us the most was his kindness and professionalism. Kenny was warm, considerate, and genuinely cared about his guests. He always opened the van door for us, making everyone feel welcomed and well taken care of. His courteous and gentlemanly attitude truly stood out and made our experience even more memorable. If you're planning to explore Dallas, I highly recommend the Hop-On Hop-Off tour—especially if you're lucky enough to have Kenny as your guide. He truly goes the extra mile to ensure every guest has an enjoyable and comfortable experience!

The guide was knowledgeable about the city, but I feel there was so many stops on his route that he rushed through it and I got a bit confused.

The tour was very nice, Our guide was informative, knowledgeable, and friendly. This was my first time in a van tour like this. My only disappointment was the inability to get an open view of the sights, which is obviously not the fault of the tour company.

Great History of Dallas

Lemuel_M, Mar 2026
Be prepared to listen and get in and out of van. Limited restroom opportunities. Neat way to see a lot of things in Dallas in a short period of time.

Great driver

Gary_S, Mar 2026
Informative driver, he had alot of knowledge about the town. We had a small group which made it very interactive, we even enjoyed a joke or two.

A very enjoyable experience: informative & entertaining

zenaida_e, Mar 2026
Dan was entertaining, personable and knowledgeable. He spoke clearly and at a good pace, considerate of the age range of our group. We all appreciated the photos he showed us from his iPad to help us visualize the times and historical figures. He took time to ask us about our country’s history too which was appreciated. A very enjoyable experience. Thank you!

Personal opinions are not good for business.

Cardoza_J, Jul 2025
Technology is taking most people jobs and after this trip I understand more clearly. People don’t know how to just do their job and keep their personal opinions to themselves. Now I also believe that people are way too sensitive these days, but when doing business I, myself learned that you should always do your best to keep politics, race, and religious beliefs out of business. Remember it is a business.

Tim was informative and entertaining. It was a great group we met and Tim engaged conversations with everyone.

Great quick tour

Jeff_S, Oct 2024
Dan did a great job, very enthusiastic. A lot of deep discussion of the JFK assassin ation and various theories.

Should be 2 hour tour

sally_l, Oct 2024
Good tour for 2 hours, however, the last hour was boring, not seeing anything but houses. Never saw the ‘eyeball’ that I thought was included.

Historical

Lourdes_G, Sep 2024
The site of the Kennedy assassination and book depository where Oswald took his shot at the motorcade is the best part for me. Feeling that part of our history.
