Excellent, well thought out tour. It really told the story of November 22, 1963 starting with taking the same route as the motorcade. Jenny was an excellent and knowledgeable guide. Highly recommend following up the walking tour with a separate visit to the 6th Floor museum.
Our guide Jenny was very knowledgeable and pointed out all the important places of the events that occurred on the day JFK was assassinated.
Guide was excellent and knowledgeable Be ready to walk but it’s worth it. John the guide was prompt and thorough.
Absolutely Worth every minute. We are based in Houston for a few days as we travel the U.S and decided to bus it to Dallas for a few hours just for this tour. The almost 4 hr journey will live with us forever.
We were lucky to have Jenny lead us on our first ever visit. She is a great communicator and subject expert.
It was a very hot day but we found ourselves forgetting that as we were captivated by Jenny's narrative of events. Such a passion for history and it shows that the JFK story is close to her heart. Thank you Jenny, it was a great tour.

The walking tour was amazing! From start to finish, our guide, Jenny, was completely captivating with her enthusiasm and knowledge of the history, events, and people surrounding the assassination of JFK. Take the walking tour before going into The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza. Jenny did an exceptional job walking us through the events of November 22, 1963! Thank you for the history lesson!

Jenny was an incredible guide with encyclopedic knowledge of the subject and a passion that showed in every story she told. She brought the whole tour to life and had me hanging on her every word. Take the tour!
We waited at the place we were told to wait. The tour guide then sent sms which I did not see slightly changing the location. The message said meet at the memorial and that is where we were. He or she did not whatsapp call me. Phone roaming in USA is incredibly expensive so I guess most visitors use WhatsApp. The guide seeemingly made no effort to find us so we missed the tour. We felt very disappointed
Super informative!!! Bring water if you go during the summer!!! I recommend earliest tour to avoid the heat as well. Our guide was AMAZING
What a great tour! Jenny, our tour guide, was fantastic. She is extremely knowledgeable about JFK and the assassination details and was able to provide much insight and answer any questions. I was using a knee scooter because of a recent injury and Jenny made sure I was able to enjoy the whole tour. Highly recommended!

Our tour guide (Jenny) was excellent. The tour was very informative and leisurely. I rated 3 stars because booking the tour was very difficult and somehow I ended up with 2 tours booked. Also, we were delayed over an hour because of the weather.
Very informative tour. One hour, walking and stopping. I'm 72 and it was easy for me. Really enjoyed our tour guide. She was very knowledgeable and answered every question we came up with!
Jenny was great. Had extreme patience in the heat to explain every Tid bit during the tour. Had a fun time !!
Unfortunately, we didn’t have a positive experience because it was a severe rain and we had to spend a whole hour hiding from it.
Jen was absolutely amazing and so sweet. Her knowledge of the area was outstanding. She had amazing energy and went into every detail!
We were actually not able to go to this tour. When buying the tickets I asked for a special request of a possible translator or a way to help. But no where did it explain I had to give cancellation 24 hoursin advance. So wheni figured out and called that I needed help with translation they just told me no. There’s obviously people from other places that would like to know the history so feel like that was bad on tour guide part not to be understanding and issue a refund. So basically they got free money and didn’t give a care for anything else

We are sorry that you were unable to join the tour. However, we would like to clarify a few important points.
Our cancellation policy is clearly stated on every booking page before a reservation is completed. As with airlines, hotels, and most tour operators, we are unable to issue refunds for cancellations made outside the policy terms.
Regarding the language concern, your review demonstrates that communication was not the issue. In today's world, translation tools such as Google Translate available since 2006 and are widely available and used successfully by millions of travelers every day.
We always do our best to accommodate special requests when possible, but unfortunately company not offering translation to a different cancellation unless it’s reserved was a private tour.
We respectfully suggest that customers carefully review all tour details, requirements, and cancellation policies before booking. Taking a few moments to read the information provided can help avoid embarrassment, misunderstandings and disappointment.
