The Elevate New Mexico crew provided a great flight. The crew is friendly and answered all of our questions. Views were awesome. Landing was smooth and very close to where we started.
Justin was very knowledgeable about everything. We felt we were in good hands. Very relaxing and beautiful.
The staff was amazing from start to finish. I forgot the lady's name who picked us up but she was great. Justin was our pilot and he was fun and interactive! Our flight ended up being longer than expected due to not finding a landing area, but that was a plus!
Exhilarating, peaceful, breathtaking!! Our pilot and his ground crew were awesome. They were professional, skillful and very safety conscious. The directions we were given and the communication from the balloon company “Elevated” was spot on. I highly recommend this company! I am very nervous about heights but the whole team made me feel super comfortable! Thank you!
Advertised as 3 hours, but only 1 hour flight. Balloon carries 12 people. Advertised as $280, but when you book, it's $500. Served champagne and snacks.

Regarding the price, your flight was booked during the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta, which is indeed priced differently than the rest of the year.

We had a hour early morning flight. It was our first hot air ballon flight. It was well worth the experience. Our pilot was very experienced and we all felt comfortable.
Fantastic experience and that’s saying a lot for a person who is afraid of heights. 😃 We were lucky enough to ride with Justin, co-owner of Elevated New Mexico. The entire experience was very well coordinated. They were communicative leading up to our ride. They let us know what to expect all the way up to take off. They sent text messages the night before to ensure we knew about weather updates that may occur and were just the best.
The flight itself was amazing. I am afraid of heights. Justin put me at ease with his attention to detail and his methodical approach to the flight. He is personable as well. The ground crew, which included his wife Keisha, were well choreographed and a pleasure.
Another bucket list box, checked. This hot air balloon trip was fantastic! The balloon itself was beautiful, our pilot Justin was fun and knowledgeable, and the experience was wonderful. The whole team (including Keisha) was also safety-focused - so we felt well taken care of.

We had a fantastic experience! The crew is extremely knowledgeable and puts safety first. Our flight from watching them inflate the balloon, to the flight itself, then the landing and a champagne toast was all perfect. In addition, the crew is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend !
It is a very smooth experience. The only way to know you have left the ground is you see it. The operator is excellent and highly experienced. Highly recommended.
It happened to be too windy, so we could not safely fly.

This was wonderful! A quick trip for a Christmas gift. I had no idea the teamwork involved in landing. It was fascinating. Our team was very knowledgeable and told us what to expect at every turn. They even adjusted our departure place to match the wind and give us a longer ride time. Will definitely go again.
We met the crew at 7am. Keisha and Justin were absolutely wonderful! They explained everything and made sure we felt safe! The real joy was the flight. Just an absolute dream of an experience. Gorgeous weather. And sunrise views.
