This was SOOO worth it! Ramona was excellent - informed, pleasant, fun, and clearly connected to her Rome community and the places to go. We loved every bit of this tour, from the places and stories to not just the food but the WHY behind that food. We had (in order) Supplì, Wine and Abruzzi Meat sticks, 2 kinds of Pizza Romana (potato and rosemary, heavenly) with local beer, Jewish artichokes, and artisanal gelato. Perfecto and plenty to eat. . So glad we did this, and Mahalo Nui Loa, Ramona!

This was excellent - Vincenzo was an exceptional guide, he told us where all the food and wine came from in Italy and why and how it got its ratings to be sold as the best in Italy. We had a very full day and thoroughly enjoyed visiting the Tuscany region. Keep in mind that this is 2+ hours each way by motorcoach. It was very comfortable though, we made a brief stop to stretch each way as well. Our guide, Anna, was very knowledgeable and provided great information both on our drive and our tour.

It was very hot, but it was end of August so to be expected. Ben made the expetience so enjoyable and fun. Talking with her was slmist like taliing to an old friend yiu hadnt seen in awhile. Delightful entertainment that includes cheerful interactions among the class members is on the menu! The teaching crew is helpful in techniques and kitchen hygiene. Yummy gelato !

Smit was my tour guide and he was hilarious ! He kept the tour so fun and it was a small group of us so it felt very intimate. I did this tour the first day I landed in Rome and it’s well worth it because it’s a good way to know the food of the city and take that info with you the rest of the trip. We ate good pasta , pizza , and gelato plus much more ! Every place we went had a sit down experience except for the gelato . But it was fun eating around the neighborhood like a local . The food for this tour was amazing! Tone did an amazing job of walking us around and explaining to us everything that we were eating. Come with an empty stomach because the food you will eat in this tour will definitely fill you up! The tour was excellent. We waited a couple days after the tour to write this review because our guide, Michele, made recommendations for the group to try. We went to dinner the next night at one of the restaurants on the tour, Peppo, and it was fantastic. But the real winner was a gelato shop he recommended. Unbelievable. Lavender and peach. Chocolate with rosemary and caramel. Fig. It is worth touring with Michele just to get his food recommendations!

Amazing Roma Food Tour

What an Amazing evening of food tasting and local history. We began with filling up our water bottles like locals. Then off for several short walks and stops at five different food location. Each location offered a different tasting and they were perfect and delicious,. Special thanks to our amazing food tour guide, Antonella for the wonderful tour last night.
