- Please note: this is a private tour. The list of sites is a menu of options—not a fixed itinerary—and it isn’t possible to visit all of them on a 3-hour tour. At the start, your guide will discuss your interests and plan a realistic route. You’ll see as many sites as time allows.
- most tours operate with a six-seat golf cart—four seats face forward (including the driver’s position) and two seats face backward.
- Hotel pickup is offered only in the city center. Please check the hotel list or contact us if you’re unsure. If no pickup location is selected, the tour departs from the Rolling Rome office at Piazza del Gesù 47.
- Please note: this is a sightseeing tour and does not include entry to ticketed sites such as the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Vatican Museums, or Pantheon. We’ll stop by these landmarks for exterior views and photos, but we will not go inside during the tour.
- The tour runs rain or shine. Our golf carts are equipped with rain covers for wet weather.
- For large groups, we can operate multiple golf carts—each with its own guide—and keep them coordinated and close together at each stop.
- No reconfirmation is required upon arrival. If you have any questions, please send us a message at the time of booking.
- All golf carts are street-legal and equipped with seat belts and side protection.
- We can accommodate a wheelchair for free only for bookings of up to three participants.
- For safety reasons, each golf cart can accommodate only one baby seat, which must be installed in the middle seat next to a parent.

Our driver/guide was Francesca and she could not have been better in any way! She was so knowledgeable and agreeable to everything we wanted. It was our first time in Rome so we left the tour in her hands to show us the “best of” and she more than delivered. We met up after lunch at a location we chose, and she made sure we were comfortable (bathroom break) and then off we went! We visited the Spanish Steps from above and we walked down about half way and admired the church and the view. Then up to the Villa Borghese for a breathtaking view of the city. Francesca pointed out all the sights, and was able to tell us where we would be going. From there we visited about 6 more places including Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Presidential Palace, and St. Peter’s Square. As we drove along she pointed out all the interesting sights - such as a church where there are 4 plaques in the wall showing the high water marks from historical Tiber river floods. There was much more! The tour is completely customizable and you get to ask what you want. We left ours in her hands and it was fantastic. Just can’t say enough good things. Definitely book this! If you are like us, an older couple with limited mobility, this is ideal for you. If you are a family with multiple ages it’s ideal for you, too, since the kids will LOVE riding a golf cart around. It’s really a good value for money for the convenience of having your own personal tour!

Francesca was awesome! So knowledgeable & spoke English very clearly and well. She also pulled up pictures during the tour at some of the sites to help us better understand what the historic landmarks looked like in their prime which was very helpful to understand the stories of the past. Wish we would’ve done the longer tour because even though we got through a lot in the 3 hours, I think it would’ve been awesome to spend the day with her!

Oscar was so knowledgeable and kind! We had ages 12 to 76 and were a group of 6. He was so informative, great personality and went the extra mile to make sure we saw everything on our list! This is truly a fully customizable tour and he did his homework! We provided a list of places to see and he added a few he knew we would love based on our list. Perfect way to spend an evening in Rome!
