An amazing night learning the culinary techniques as well as history and language of pizza and tiramisu making. Mimi was an amazing teacher and so wonderful helping and including our kids. The pizza was delicious and the tiramisu was really tasty. The group was small which was really nice.

What To Expect

Make your way to a restaurant, located in central Rome, to meet your small group of fellow aspiring chefs and local guide.

Spend some time learning how to make pizza from fresh ingredients. You can choose which style you'd like to learn: a Neapolitan with anchovies, a spicy Diavola with pepperoni, a classic Margherita or Marinara.

Then, learn to make a traditional tiramisu, just like nonna would make so you can enjoy it alongside your meal.

After you've prepared and baked your pizzas, sit down to sample the fruits of your labor, accompanied by a drink. Then walk off the calories with a stroll around central Rome.

Our pizza and tiramisu cooking class with Chef Paris was absolutely fantastic! The kids had such a great time, and even our oldest son—who usually isn’t much of a chef—really enjoyed himself. In fact, our children told us this was their favorite activity of our entire trip, which says a lot! The class itself was perfect for families. It was a small group, so our kids got plenty of hands-on experience making both pizza and tiramisu. Chef Paris was extremely patient, kind, and wonderful with our family, making the experience both educational and fun. The pizzas turned out absolutely delicious, with more than enough to eat, and the tiramisu was not only tasty but also such a fun dessert to prepare and enjoy. The best part was sitting outside afterward at the café, savoring the amazing pizzas and tiramisu that we had made ourselves. It was the perfect ending to a truly memorable experience. We can’t recommend this class enough!

Great Experience with Paris!

Paris was so patient and interactive with the kids in our group. There was about 12 of us making pizza and tiramisu. I think this is good for kids and families. My boys were 12 and 14 who both really enjoyed this! For tiramisu, the kids didn't use coffee and substituted with milk and chocolate instead! It was just as amazing! Thank you, Paris!!!

Brilliant cookery class. Carlotta was our chef and she was great with the group adapting the instructions for kids and grown ups. We were a family of 5, kids aged 8, 13 and 15 we all loved it. Pizzas and tirimasu both turned out fantastic! Lots of great tips to try at home.

We had a fantastic time with my son making pizza and Tiramisu. It was only the two of us which was perfect, felt like we had a private class. Carlotta was very nice and funny, it was a delight to "work" with her and follow her instructions. My son enjoyed this activity the most during the 4 days we spent in Rome. Chef Leo was an amazing teacher! He made it fun and shared tons of knowledge with us. The food we made was all delicious and we enjoyed sharing the meal in the cute restaurant with the other families/couples from our class. This class was an excellent value and we are so glad we made it part of our experience in Rome! We will definitely be using our new skills to make pizza and tiramisu at home! The recipe book that is shared after the class is excellent as well.

The class was fun and interactive. Our chef, Mattia, was friendly, funny, and gave us great techniques on making pizza dough that we will use back home. The tiramisu was also great. At the end we sat down to eat our meal and enjoyed a great conversation with the others in the class.
