Mom’s 56th Birthday Trip.

Our experience was wonderful! Seth, our instructor/tour guide was AMAZING!! He was very welcoming, friendly, and kind. His instructions when arriving at the waterfall were easy to follow and helpful to us as well as other visitors who weren’t included in our group. We booked this trip for my mom’s birthday. She has a fear of being in water where her feet can’t touch the floor and Seth helped her conquer her fear. He even got her to jump off a high rock (we’d never thought we would see the day). That’s how safe we all felt with him. We enjoyed every moment and are recommending our friends and family because of Seth. Thank you so much for this experience! We had a blast!!!

Beautiful place very easy to find. We stayed at the Condado Palms hotel which was only 15 minutes in a Lyft. All the events were very close. My fiance never been to Puerto Rico and it was quite an experience for him. The mixoloy class was very fun. The crowd was awesome. I would definitely do this event again

Fantastic!

Our family of 5 had an excellent time - probably the highlight of our time in Luquillo. We are in our mid-fifties with 2 adventurous "boys" ages 24 and 22; plus a daughter who is 15 with Down Syndrome (high functioning). We were concerned about this being an outing that all ages would enjoy, but we all had an absolutely marvelous time! Our crew, led by Mateo, was so much fun... and so were the guests themselves. They explained everything clearly, were fun and outgoing, played great tunes, and made sure everyone was comfortable and had the accommodations they needed - everything from food, drinks, snorkel gear, and FUN. I can't recommend this enough. Thanks, Crew, for a fabulous day!

Best day ever

Great trip! So wonderful we booked again when we return in the fall! Hectmar and the crew were wonderful, caring and informative. The lunch and drinks were delicious and the wildlife we saw was amazing! 6 turtles, a stingray, a shark, a barracuda, many fish and a mama and baby dolphin.

Best experience ever

My time on this snorkel and beach cruise was phenomenal. Me and my best friend came to Puerto Rico this one both of our first times and the experience that we had was immaculate. I will definitely do it again. It was bottomless drinks. Food was included the energy and the people on board was great. I learned some new things about Puerto Rico on our stops to do snorkeling and also to the beach. I do wish that our boat did have a slide as like some that I did see, but it was definitely a fun experience and I would recommend anybody to do it and I highly suggest everybody should give it a chance. I understand some people might be afraid of swimming in water, but you do get a life jacket and they do give you steps on how to do everything step-by-step.

So much fun and scary at first but the drinks help for sure! the people working are awesome so much fun and so much energy! The food was pretty good . Did miscalculate one of the dinners but we got that sorted out. Hard to find parking and no one answers the phone unfortunately . But once you’re there it’s an awesome experience!

We had an amazing ATV...

We had an amazing ATV tour with Jezed! He was a fantastic tour guide and did a great job explaining how to operate the ATVs and clearly outlining what we could expect throughout the day. Jezed kept an eye on our entire family throughout the tour and made sure everyone was doing well. When one of our ATVs stalled, he was there within minutes to help us get going and catch back up with the group. He was attentive, personable, and made the experience feel safe and enjoyable. The quick break for drinks and a chance to walk around and see some of the animals they care for was a nice touch. If you’re doing the ATV tour, definitely bring good eyewear or sunglasses and a gaiter because it can get pretty dusty while riding. They have them available there, but we brought our own. They offer other activity options as well, but the ATVs were perfect for our family. The directions and information we received by email from the tour operator were very clear. One tip: make sure you complete your paperwork before you arrive. We saw some people who hadn’t completed theirs and had to take care of it during check-in. Overall, a great experience, and Jezed was a big part of what made the tour so enjoyable. Highly recommend!
